Oh my! What a delicious spread I ordered from this cute eatery, I brought my two little boys and mom and dad to try this new place and I was taken aback by how delicious all of the dishes were.

We started off with the fried chicken wings, nem cuon and cha gio, everything was fried to perfection and the umaminess hit the spot.

Then I ordered the coconut drink for my son, a café sua da for my dad, the lychee iced tea for my mom and my little one and I shared the Thai milk tea, everyone was very happy with their choices. My dad said the Cafe sua da brought him.back to his mornings in Vietnam, and that's a huge compliment from and old Vietnamese soldier.

We also ordered 2 bowls of pho, and phenomenal was an understatement the broth was so clear and the smell brought memories of Vietnamese family gatherings. The bun thit nuong was light and yummy. We also ordered a rice plate and my boys fought over the last piece of meat, the porkchop was tender and flavorful. I ordered 2 banh mi to go and my husband can't wait for the next trip so we can order more for our friends!

Overall, the price was comparable to many Vietnamese restaurants, but the flavors were unparalleled personally. Looking forward to many more family meals here, especially during the colder weather and it being right next to all my shopping needs. So happy this little vietnamese eatery is a new...

I was looking for someplace to have a quick but good (fast but not “fast food”) lunch and happened upon Saigon Eatery across the street from the Woburn Mall. It has only been open for four months and I’m so glad they exist and that I found them! The food is made to order and very fresh. The beef was perfectly grilled, flavorful, and extremely tender. The vegetables (cucumber, carrots, bean sprouts) were very fresh and flavorful also. The veggies were topped with the freshest, greenest mint leaves I’ve seen in a while! The only thing I’d request is that they put a tad more fish sauce in their dressing. They also accommodate requests: I knew I wouldn’t finish it in the time I had so I asked for it to be packed to go but said I’d eat some as a dine in patron. She brought it to me! Also: they have real silverware for people who dine in, including chopsticks! My bún vermicelli meal came with the dressing and ground peanuts on the side, in separate containers. But if you’re allergic to peanuts, be aware and let your server know when you order! I also ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee which was sweet and delish! Before leaving I asked whether they had durian milkshakes and was told that they’re coming in summer! I’ll definitely be back before then but I’m looking forward to the milkshakes! The atmosphere is upscale, contemporary cafeteria, comfortable and...

The Experience: Came here on a Saturday night around 6 p.m. and managed to get one of the last tables. The restaurant has an open-concept setup where you order at the register, receive a number, and then seat yourself. The service was quick and friendly. Since the restaurant was busy, our food arrived at different times, but all within a reasonable window.

The Food: Two of us ordered rice plates (cơm đĩa), and the other two ordered the beef stew (bò kho). The pork in the rice dishes was flavorful and perfectly cooked, served with a generous portion of rice and fresh veggies on the side. The nước chấm sauce was well-balanced and complemented the meal nicely.

I really enjoyed my beef stew, which I ordered with a side of bread (bánh mì). The bread was enormous and was crispy on the outside yet soft and airy inside, exactly how a bánh mì should be.

We also ordered the finger food combo, which included a spring roll, an egg roll, two chicken wings, and two crab rangoons. It was a good amount of food for the price.

The Rating: 4.5/5—only knocking off half a point for the food coming out slightly slower than expected. But given how busy they were, it's understandable. The food itself? A solid 5/5! I've eaten plenty of Vietnamese food, and this is on par with some of my favorite spots in both California and Vietnam. I'll definitely be back to try...

This is my first time ever leaving a negative Google review. I went to this Vietnamese restaurant today with my child and ordered two pho and one chicken wings. From the moment I placed my order, it took almost 30 minutes to get my food. Customers who ordered after me — both dine-in and take-out — received their food before I did. When I asked in the middle of the wait, I was only told that the chicken wings were not ready yet. When the food finally came, the staff gave no explanation or apology. By the time I got back to my hotel, about 10 minutes later, the pho broth was already lukewarm and the meat was undercooked — I had to throw it away. This was extremely disappointing and the first time I’ve ever experienced such an issue with take-out pho. Additionally, two bowls of pho and one chicken wings take 30 minutes? Even if the wings were delayed for some reason, they could at least have replaced the broth with a hot one before handing it over, right?
