The sandwiches are very good and portions are big. That said, the young girls making the sandwiches are extremely slow and inefficient. I feel bad for them because they need more training. When we walked in, the girl at the counter was taking a phone order and the client hung up in the middle of it. Instead of acknowledging us and taking our order, she turned her back to us and was scrambling to find the last caller number, etc. to try to call back the client, even though it was the client who hung up. That took her about 4 minutes to figure. Then she abandoned the register and sat at a counter to call back and continue the order. It was about 7 mins without anyone acknowledging us. A boy came from the back at some point and took our order. It is a small space, so they also take over the small sitting area to make sandwiches and there is no room for clients to wait. This is NOT a quick option for getting a deli sandwich. We ordered two small cold sandwiches and had to wait over 30 min even though we were only the second in...

This is my son's absolute favorite place to get subs... anywhere. Their staff is extremely friendly and quick. They offer specials daily that include 1-2soups, a casserole/pasta dish, a stromboli, and a sandwich. Their bread/sub rolls are excellent and fresh, they load up their subs on meats cheeses and veggies, and we highly recommend their Friday 'Thanks-for-giving' sub! A yummy combination of roast turkey breast, homemade stuffing, jellied cranberry sauce, and mayo. Feel free to add whatever veggies you like. There are a few reasons this is not a 5-star review and it is NOT because of the food or customer service which happen to be the two most important factors to me when rating an eating establishment. They are as follows: there location in the basement prohibits any sort of ADA accessibility. As good as they are, their subs are a little pricey. And most importantly, they have pretty inconvenient and limited hours of operation. The weekday schedule of 10am to 3pm makes it difficult to pick up subs for dinner...

We went into the deli on Thursday of Memorial Day weekend. It was crowded but not terrible. We waited 50 minutes for our sandwiches. 1 ham and cheese and 1 blt. Not complicated at all. The blt came out completely wrong with mayo that my daughter can't have and no pickles which she ordered. The worst part was that the 10-12 people behind us in line received their food before we did. So aggravating. We decided not to return the blt because who knows how long a replacement would have been. Now I'd like to say that we have been there before with no issues but this day, whatever system they were using to make the sandwiches clearly did not work.
