Luckily, the cashier registered me for the rewards program after I purchased hand sanitizer for $4.25 and gave me a $10.00 off coupon for my very next purchase. I looked high and low all around the store to find a size 11 pair of flip flops. I only found one pair of size 11 flip flops that costs $29.99. I purchased this pair of flip flops for $19.99 with my $10.00 off coupon. I need this footware for when I get a pedicure. My sister, Rachael Boehm attempted help me purchase winter ❄️🥶 boots. She picked out a pair of winter ❄️ 🥶 boots for me to try on. I refused to try them on because I was at the shoe store to replace my pedicure flip flops. I put on my very own flip flops that I brought from home 🏠🏡 to show her that they were worn out. My sister, Rachael Boehm told me to take off the flip flops and try on the winter ❄️🥶 boots that she picked out for me. In the entire process, I picked out flip flops to try on from the store. She was not interested in what I wanted to purchase. Eventually, I put my very own winter ❄️🥶 boots on. My sister, Rachael Boehm asked me to stand still and count to 120 while she felt around my feet and wanted to know where my two big toes were. Her response was that I have enough room in my toe boxes and room around my feet. I even walked around the store in my very own winter ❄️🥶 boots that I brought from home 🏠🏡. After my interaction with her, she walked out on me and called me a liar. I told my sister, Rachael Boehm that I currently have a lot of foot pain from my winter ❄️🥶 boots. If I could show her proof of my flip flops situation, then my sister, Rachael Boehm should have believed me about my winter boots❄️🥶 pain. She should have shopped with me for as long as it took to make sure that my winter ❄️🥶 boots purchase was a perfect fit. Instead, this woman only spent 45 minutes with me and came to her very own conclusion that I was faking my terrible winter❄️🥶 pain. She even told me that her days are very busy with a lot of responsibilites and work. You lost a very good customer. I am never ever putting up with this kind of treatment from anybody ever again in my entire life. Try satisfying your customers as your line of work and make sure it is your top responsibility...

I purchased a pair of pumps not even a week ago and when I wore them the shoes were so uncomfortable I had blisters and bled. I went into this store and being the honest person I am I told Enicka who was at the register I wore them. My foot was really bad because of the shoes that I wore one time. Enicka dismissed how I felt and said, "you can get a merchandise credit." Prior to this I had purchased a pair of boots that were also uncomfortable but I kept it. I thought about how DSW is changing with their comfortability in shoes so, instead of purchasing and continuing to keep the shoes that I will never wear again, I thought I can be assisted into getting my full refund back. Enicka refused and I had asked for customer service number. Enicka stated, the number is on the bottom of the receipt and when I asked for a pen so I can explain to customer service who I spoke to, Enicka rudely told me to tell customer service you spoke with the manager Enicka and you can only get a merchandise credit. I have been a manager before at DSW and have made huge profits towards this company and I would never speak to my customers the way Enicka did. I always gave my members what they wanted because eventually they will come back. This should explain why DSW has lost so many customers. Seems customer service doesn't even care after speaking with Asia from customer service. She rather had given me a 10 dollar coupon towards the inconvenience then to keep a loyal customer. DSW this is why I want my membership deleted and I will never shop at DSW again. DSW, you have not only lost a great management team and employees but you continue to lose your loyal customers and prefer to hire rude, inept employees such as Enicka who could not use her own discretion to make the right decision. Pretty bad experience at the store. I purchased online a pair of water in-and-out shoes on my way for kayaking. I was at the store at the moment of purchasing and nicely asked if I can simply pick them up. I had to make sure of the size. I also wanted to use my collected points and that’s the reason why it was easier to me to place the order online. I explained that I am not able to take them anytime soon because I am going for kayaks for few days and I really need them now. I tried to help so brought my ordered pair to the register, I would say immediately after purchasing. I asked if they are able just scan the box and give it to me now. I presented an email with the purchase confirmation and the order number. It should be easier for them.... but the young lady at the register probably had a bad humor and a difficult day, I think, and she almost screamed on me with bunch of questions. I felt like a guilty person only because I spent my money on their website! She tried to show me whose the boss and she informed me that I can pick up my purchase tomorrow evening (which is slightly against the company policy and the information from the website, which is saying that the order can be ready in 2 hours since the moment of purchasing). I reminded her that and then she said that maybe earlier tomorrow. I was at the store 2 hours before closing and of course she could process my order if she would like to do that. I am ordering several pairs of shoes from DSW every year and I am being called VIP Elite customer by them.
