
VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND HARSH BEHAVIOR TOWARDS CUSTOMER!
In actual, they don't even deserve one star. The reason being their disrespectful and misbehaving attitude towards their customer.
I would like to share my experience in regards to this. I was one of their last customer in evening, the barber whose station is at the front corner (as you enter the shop) was assigned to cut my hair (Never ever go to him for your haircut!). I clearly specified the haircut i wanted. The way he started cutting hair, seemed like he was in hurry. Although, being regular customer of this place, i thought not to interfere him and trust his job. But as a result, he cut my hair in improper manner and thus, i asked him politely to make some adjustments (which i believe every customer has right to ask for). He indirectly refused to do it and started making faces. Then i asked him again and then he started arguing-" Why you are telling at the end and stuff like that." Thereafter, he starts making adjustment harshly by using machine hardly on my head. That was very painful. i requested him to do slowly and he again started making weird faces. Seeing this, the other barbers started talking to him in their native language and at the same time laughing loudly. I don't whether they were making fun of me (customer) or what. IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER? It was very disrespectful. At last, the haircut was intentionally adjusted so bad that i had to visit other barber shop. I HAD A VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT JERSEY BARBER.
Therefore, I strongly urge people to AVOID THIS PLACE and get their haircut somewhere else where you get treated with good haircut and...
Ā Ā Ā Read morei liked coming here when the barber Omi was working here as he was good with my kids , since hes left i followed him to a different barbershop because all the other barbers in this place are either lazy or very picky on who they want to cut , most of them dont want to cut kids aside from Edgardo , when the owner isnt their all they do is kill time talking garbage and not worrying about their customers .. recently we went back and only 2 barbers were there we asked if they were available for haircuts the first guy (Isaias) said "i have this guy and then i gotta go eat" ????? its 930am so they just opened for business and your gonna go leave to eat while you have customers ??? then the other guy (Yanciel) was cutting someone else and just talking talking talking the guy was on the chair for 10 minutes and he still didnt start his haircut , i just find it funny when the owner comes in they start moving and cutting people fast but when hes not in theyre just slacking around killing time , after 30 minutes of not being attended by ANYONE we left , id rather go somewhere else where theyll want to...

The girl that did my haircut has no business touching anyoneās hair. In the first five minutes I could just tell how unconfident she was, and she kept stopping what she was doing to switch tools and go back to areas that already should have been done. In the time I was in the chair for a simple haircut and beard the other guy was onto his third customer and thatās including the time he took to stop and come over and take over a portion of my haircut bc she didnāt know what she was doing, and they had the nerve to charge me $40 for this.
