Post Road Inn Motel — Hotel in Woodbridge Township

BEWARE ROOM 203 I was there yesterday, Room 203 is so terrible. I booked the room bc the lady at the front desk said that it was the last room. Meanwhile I called before I got there , the lady says check in begins at 4pm and NO check in’s over the phone. My EST was 3:30pm and the parking lot had 3 cars in it...I confirmed myself to the lady whom I was speaking with over the phone she confirmed it was her speaking to me ...I asked her for a room suite. her response was I only have 1 room left. I said how (confused)when you just told me check in begins at 4pm for overnight stay..the lady continued to say I only have one room ..so I booked it bc I was VERY tired..when I opened the door , The room looked old , dirty and out dated. It’s impossible for anyone to be comfortable in a nasty, hot, dirty carpet and broken drapes.the feeling is like living in a filthy room that makes you itch I went back to the front desk and asked if I can change my room the lady told me she’s booked and don’t have ANY rooms available. I asked for a refund she said NO refunds..At this point I felt she was being spiteful . I got some rest and I left the room around 11pm to check OUT and the gentleman at the front dest was very attentive however he couldn’t help me...

THIS WHOLE PLACE IS JUST A SCAM went their this week took the most expansive room the steam room with the Champagne Whirlpools got to the room pretty clean But nothing working first the TV after being busy with the front desk back and forward on the phone we got it working only 2 chancels then i call her the steam room is not working No Hot water she told me will put on the boiler will work in 10 minutes but never did after an Hour i got tiered i left the room and went back to the front desk and told her nothing is working so iam leaving and please give me my $$ back she told me No problem call back in the morning and the the manager will give u a credit no one called so i called them so far nothing ITS JUST A SCAM THE WHOLE PLACE THE PICTURES LOOKS NICE BUT...

There’s free parking, the prices didn’t lie or exaggerate. Booked the champagne room and it was beautiful! The receptionist was friendly and straightforward. They accept cash too. If you arrive with a car Make sure you give your vehicle details so your car won’t get towed and make sure you leave on time for that reason too. The room I booked was right near outside of the door and it was shaded. No kids allowed and that’s fine with me of course. Yes, they have an ice machine. The jacuzzi can change temperatures and the steam room works with the shower! I cannot find a better hotel than this...
