This place puts on an exceptionally good mask on, and for a while, I drove from Cape May to come up here. I passed other dispensaries on my way but met the owner and liked them. Also tbe employee Alexandria is awesome, I would come up just to talk to her. However, I started to notice something about this place, they hire the most entitled, sarcastic, plain out rude people to work here. Now it's a shame it's a nice place, but I can't get over that. It's a shame, too, because usually the actual employees of the store are awesome, and the security company is a joke. Ironically, after spending 13 years as an armed security contractor, they managed to find one of the best security companies I've ever seen. Unfortunately, that doesn't change the fact that someone needs to deflate your employees' egos. This message goes in particular to the joke of a manager hahaha, who wears his sunglasses inside because he is too buzzed. Homie, your a cashier, being the manager there makes you the equivalent of the head cashier at Walmart. Get over yourself, your a joke, you get a big head over being a manager, but as someone who again has been the boss, it is rude, to have sunglasses on in general inside when talking to a customer, it's even ruder to have them on when your speaking to a customer who is upset. You got a LOT of growing up to do bud. No of it matters, because just like the store in cm, you keep doing well because there isn't much competition, that's changing and there are better cheaper spots out there. In an effort to not seem like I'm advertising I won't say there name but not hard, check near the Hamilton mall, for them deep roots. 😉 seriously I will never be back maybe tbe 200 a week means nothing, didn't mean a lot to me that's why I spent it in your store but for now on, I'll spend it elsewhere. To the owner, you really should consider secret shoppers, because while I'm sure they would deny every bit of this you should see how your employee act when real management aren't around. P.s. how do I get off your stupid vip list I didn't sign up for, you and hey dude make up 90 percent of my junk...
Read moreI can't praise this dispensary enough. First off, THANK YOU for having handicap right out front. Another dispensary I used for YEARS stopped letting me park in their handicap because I let my medical card lapse, and only medical can park in their main lot. It's too far of a walk from the other lots. I deal with a lot of pain from HEDS, Spinal Stenosis, and scoliosis, and also suffer with Gastroparesis. I've recently also been dx with Centrilobular and Paraseptal emphysema in both lungs. I had to give up "flower" all together, but still needed the THC/CBD in order to not have to increase my opioid pain meds....which I don't want....at all. I believe their name was Jen, I'm not sure....but they saw us struggling to find a replacement for pain relief now that smoking is no longer an option, and they came right over to save the day. We discussed my disabilities, pain levels, appetite, sleep, ect and they even went as far as to grab charts and match my symptoms to different edibles and tinctures. I ended up with blood orange soft chews that help so much with my pain at night that I'm actually sleeping thru the whole night now. They relieve A LOT of my tachycardia from POTS as well and lower my anxiety. And its not just one person there thats great....it's EVERYONE there. From the moment you walk in, till the moment you leave, they're there helping you. They're not pushy, and don't try to upsell anything. They're very personable and friendly. Im agoraphobic bcse of my disabilities, but Nova is such a friendly environment, that I actually look forward to my weekly visit so I can see everyone there. They're all just so kind, compassionate, and empathetic to everyone's situation. I won't use any other dispensary now. Thank you for going above and beyond in every area from customer service, to sales, prices, and specials. Best prices. Best people. Best...
Read moreGood day all. This review is actually sad for me to write bc I loved this place. I am a disabled veteran and found that cannabis has helped me to manage a lot of my health issues. Some of the bartenders are great and knowledgeable to help me get what I'm looking for. I have been going there for about a year now and it was the only dispensary I shopped at. Over this year I have noticed that the prices have increased. Not the size or the quantity of anything, just the prices only. Especially when I can't get the brands and quantity that have come to love. When this happens I rely on the bud-tenders knowledge to substitute, but then the price comes out to be a lot bigger than what I usually pay for. It's like a major up sale. Then when I get home to use it, the quality dips down, doesn't work as directed or totally clogs or breaks from normal use. You would think if I had to pay more for the product at least it should be close to what it is substituted for. I have returned the broken and useless products a couple times and a manager would make it right. But that includes me that when I get home I need to recharge my wheelchair just so I have to get all the way back again and make it home. It gets frustrating at times and I'm not looking for pity or sympathy. I just can't afford the up sale prices so that means I am looking for a different dispensary that can fit into my budget. It makes me sad but every dollar counts to me and leaves me no other options. I just don't understand why? So the Bud-tenders work on commission or something? Is there shoplifting going on and that's the reason for higher prices? I hope they figure it out before other customers feel the same. Thanks for reading all this but needed to paint you a picture. Sincerely sad, Don and...
