Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in West Deptford Township

This restaurant definitely needs to learn customer service. I ordered dinner through their drive thru late in the evening. I was advised that while they had the chicken available, they could not sell it to me, because they wanted to save some for any potential customers who may come after me. What??? I'm here - with my money and a hungry family! In addition, the young lady was soooooo rude. I contacted the restaurant the next day - and now I know where she gets it. The manager was worse than she was. He told me if I had a complaint - take it to the Internet. So .. here I am. They do not care about their customers at all. Was going through the reviews of this place & something about it just says scam. So people have the same problem about the cashier overcharging them or getting their order wrong, then having a hard time getting their money back. Yesterday 01/19/2023 I visited the establishment for the first time, & ordered a #1 classic with no pickles , just the sandwich. When I get my bag there are 2 sandwiches one spicy & one classic. Guy at the window says he must’ve misheard me. Instead of me asking for a refund I just took the extra sandwich (thank god I read the reviews). If I could give 0 stars I would!! The service here is absolutely HORRIBLE! I've been there a few times none of which were good experiences. Especially my most recent & very last visit to this store. The manager Juan was extremely rude & inconsiderate. We received a promo notification for a $10 dessert box & ended up paying $30+ & the manager couldn't explain why we were being charged triple for a meal that should've only been $10. When we asked Juan how he would feel about the situation if it were him & he said oh yea I'd be mad, but I'm not you & I can't help you.
