I would like to start by saying I truly never write reviews however I was truly disappointed with this establishments customer service. I have been getting my eye lashes done for 5 plus years. I have recently moved into the area of this establishment and thought I would try it due to convenience. I have gotten my eyelashes done at this place about 5 times in the past year. When making an appointment I am given the appointment date and time, the receptionist confirmed my time and date and that was that. I arrived to the establishment and I am told that my eyelash technician is not available and that I will have to wait for her to finish up with another client. No worries for me, things happen and as I stated I have been getting my lashes done for 5 plus years which makes this service very important to me. I waited and got my lashes done when the technician completed her client prior to my appointment. I was a little upset that they do not have the capacity to properly schedule their clients to fulfill the appointments properly and promptly. I chose to go to a different place after this experience, however my technician went on vacation and I booked another appointment with lash me lily. When I was at work I called them to confirm my appointment because I wasnât sent a normal confirmation message which they normally have automatically generated. When I called they stated I didnât have an appointment for that day and the owner quickly put my appointment in for 7 pm which was their error due to the fact the owner initially booked the appointment. Later on in the day while I was at work they called me several times however I was not available to talk. When I checked my phone after leaving my job I saw several missed calls and a text message. When I read the message it said âcould we change your appointment time to 6:30 instead of 7 pmâ mind you this was the day of the appointment not even two hours in advance notice. I said I could make the earlier time and showed up promptly at 6:30. After I arrived to gave the receptionist my name and told them I had a 6:30 appointment. She informed me the technician was not there and would be back at 7 pm ( my original appointment time ) when I began to explain my frustration very politely to the receptionist, the owner of lash me lily (Lily) is her name. Screamed across from the other end of the room and screams to me âWhy did you come back thenâ I personally feel this is not the proper way to deal with and customer who is willing to pay for a service at her business. I left the establishment and I called back and the receptionist apologized on the owners behalf and informed me she could call me on her own time. (When not in the office). It was clear to me that she was not surprised at her bosses behavior and understood my frustration and offered to service me out of her home. I would highly recommend not going to this salon. I reached out ahead of time to confirm that Lily (the owner) could do a blowout with curls (without a curling iron), and she assured me she could. Unfortunately, it quickly became clear that she could not.
The issues started with the wash. The water was freezing cold, and Lily used her sharp, long nails in a way that made the process uncomfortable. Then came the blow-dry, which took two hoursâdouble the time it has ever taken with any professional Iâve been to. Despite my specific request for a blowout with curls using a brush and blow dryer (which I know works for my hair), she insisted on using a curling iron, saying sheâd âdo it my wayâ next time. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional.
When she finally tried to curl my hair, she sprayed Got2B hairspray all over, used a curling iron, and brushed the curls out until my hair was completely flat and stiff. The result was greasy, stiff flat hair with no curl or bounceâcompletely the opposite of what I had asked for. It felt like she was experimenting with a technique she wasnât skilled at. At one point, during the blow out, someone else in the salon even offered to step in and help because she was struggling and missed multiple spots.
Her attitude didnât help. She made unnecessary comments about her pricing, saying things like, âOh honey, I donât charge anything less than $85,â and, âGo to someone else who charges less and does it in 45 minutes. Your hair is long.â These remarks came off as condescending and dismissive, especially considering the poor service.
This isnât even primarily a hair salonâitâs a lash salon. If youâre looking for a professional blowout in the Little Falls area, I strongly recommend going to Samara Beauty Salon in Totowa instead. Theyâre skilled, efficient (45 minutes max), professional, and deliver consistently beautiful results at half the price (what a blowout should cost).

Itâs was the most horrible experience in my life. My eyes burned sooo bad. It was red and burning. The tech didnât have much experience with this treatment. I left very upset I let the own know before paying and walking out. All She said âwe work with what you give usâ. Thatâs the most rude thing Iâve ever heard. Itâs been 5 hrs my eyes are still burning !!! I called the and she said go the the emergency room. And I will not get a refund. Donât go to this lash shop youâll pay for service and then end up in the EMERGENCY ROOM!
To answer you back! You really think Iâm going to have you or anyone touch my eyes that are burning me. You sent me to ER but you want to add extensions to burning eyes! Yeah your not a smart women. Again will never set foot in your salon.
