Today was the first time my fiancé visited On The Border and upon our departure I found myself apologizing to him for their service. I’ve visited this location in the past and it’s been a pleasant experience. However tonight’s visit was plain horrible. The food took forever to come out, they forgot a side item which we had to wait again for it. When it came time to ask for the check, the check was already closed out without asking if you we were already for the check. Ok so we asked for boxes for our leftovers because there was a decent amount of food leftover. The waiter kept passing us saying “I got you”, but the boxes never came. The wait for the receipt to sign took almost 30 minutes! Finally, we signed the receipt and upon us exiting our table someone came with the boxes. At that point we didn’t care for the food. Our whole visit was more than 2 hours. It was just ridiculous the place...

This plaza contains an And That (Now closed. 😢), a World Market, a Planet fitness and an On the Border restaurant.(Now closed but people were working on the roof today, so maybe something is moving in here?) The AndThat store always seems to be busy while the World Market is much less busy. Today when we checked out the line for and that was all the way to the end of the queue. And even with that we were at our register within 2 minutes! this just shows you that if you hire enough people a store will do much better than by trying to scrimp and say with several employees!! Because they have so many employees we know we can run in and out quickly and purchased are items.unlike other stores that have only a couple of employees and make you wait for everything, that will probably go out of business.
