AMC Security Square 8 — Attraction in Woodlawn

The stars is for the movies. Not the theater. When I came in I had to wait for a while to get service cuz I think the manager was over there in the concession making sure all the people got food then it was about four of us that was waiting for service for to get tickets I had lots of questions like what happened. I wanted to know about my card that I have I knew it was a long time since I've been there but they was closed and I wanted to know where my money was on the card I was told that they had canceled the card no I'm not sure how much money was on my card but I knew it was some money on my card and I thought sure I had something I could get for free we need to service our people better. Especially handicapped we cannot constantly stand a period of time waiting that you always be someone at the customer service section of the movies at all times we had seats three and four and three number three she did not recline so my company that I was with was very unsatisfied. It's time to get much better you need to check them seats constantly and you need a customer service person at all times to service other than buying popcorn and soda. Also some of the restroom in the women's room did not have toilet paper in the one I went to on the other side of the theater because the other side was crowded with women. Yes I will be back and I hope I see a change God bless and thank you it was good to be in the movies...

We almost always have several issues with this place in some capacity. If it wasn't 5 minutes from our house we'd never go.

Several times we've gone there the person who's supposed to scan tickets at the door wasn't available and we ended up just walking into our movie without being scanned in.

The line situation inside confusing. People are always going into the VIP line who AREN'T VIP... And they wait on them anyway.

There's a toxic smell from the popcorn machine that gives me an instant asthma attack, but it only tends to occur during peak hours on the weekends.

(We asked about it once and they told us 'why' , though I can't remember the excuse I DO remember my bf and I laughing about it afterwards because it was obviously a blatant lie.)

The bathrooms are almost never completely clean no matter what day or time you go.

Trailers were so loud once I got a headache before the movie started. Other people were also complaining and when I went to talk to someone they just said 'the trailers are always louder than the movie'. No one even went in to check.

So many little announces add up to being a poor overall experience. But, again, it's only 5 minutes from our house and if we don't go on Friday or Saturday nights at least the weird popcorn burning smell that kicks off my asthma doesn't occur... That stuff CAN'T be good for...

Well we're to start ther are to many manager's running around and some help some don't UNLESS or untill there shift start they only use one box office especially when there busy which is stupid as HELL DUMBASS shi NOT enough ppl WORKING behind the snack area need more help there every worker has attitude customer service sucks no1 knows how to speak or be pleasant not @ all a class need to be taught.Bathrooms needs to be ✔ and cleaned every 15mins the whole places needs and whole overhaul and yes and EXTERMINATOR RATS YES I SAD RATS I've seen the traps I've talked to ppls said they seen them personally and gotton free passes cus of it and I've seen INSIDE EDITION expo about how clean these theater's are everyone employees employers and customer need to check it out now I know what to do when I come if I ever come back but I will be calling the home office about this theatre and Owings mills one cus it gets worse every week and the price went up and no1 notified us @ all what kinda mess is that and don't fall for any of these prom it's BS. And they have RATS YES 🐀 OR MICES running around I've had 3ppl tell me and I've seen the traps and I've been on the lookout every since the 1st.2ppl told me and every since then I thought I've seen them from the corner of my eye THOUGH it was my imagination but the 3rd.person confirms it 4 me...
