The idea of this place is wonderful, the layout and activities available are great, and my kids had an absolute blast spending an afternoon here. However, it seems in the past couple years since the pandemic that maintenance of equipment has not been 100%, the place is very beat up. Stains all over and holes in the walls, the rock climbing wall actual wall at the bottom seems to be kicked in and haphazardly covered, even the jungle gym for the small children has holes in the nets and straps completely missing and loose in the corner section where small kids could potentially fall or become entangled. I saw a pregnant mom have to climb her way in to a near impossible spot get her small son out who was stuck in the straps. The foam pit cubes are all bitten and torn, the basketball hoops are chewed up rings of plastic with no nets. And the employees (all teenagers) seem to just kinda walk around and chat with each other and wait until their shifts are over, with no supervision. I saw maybe one worker cleaning carelessly for about 10 minutes of the three hours we spent here. No one cleaned the bathrooms and they were a mess. Will be going to a new trampoline park with better standards in the future. One that doesn’t spend money on a new VR game rather than basic safety and cleanliness and...
Read moreListen, I've been bringing my kids here for a few years now. It's about 45 minutes away from where we live, but it's worth the drive. For not a ton of money, my kids have an awesome activity that burns off oceans of energy for hours at a time. If you're a super active parent you could buy a pass too, or if you want to just chill out for a while, they have tons of comfy leather couches for you to kick back on while your kids do their thing. You can read a book, do some doom scrolling, just relax while knowing your kids are having the time of their lives and you're going to get a million parent points for giving them something so cool to do.
It's not cheap, but it's not expensive either. I mean, for hours and hours of fun for my two young kids you're talking probably less than $75. Really not bad compared to anything else on this level. An amusement park and you'd be down $500. A movie and you're talking probably $100 for less time and less activity. This is the place. Worth a trip from time to time.
The staff here have also always been helpful and kind, and the snacks are priced very fairly. The playground area is a ton of fun and my kids spend hours on that, then the trampoline area is really cool too and good for another couple hours of fun. Totally...
Read moreI bring my autistic 5 year old here regularly. He doesn’t communicate. He refused to jump after ticket purchase, we guessed he might be hungry, a stressful but common situation. They don’t sell food, just candy and sugar, I would have gladly purchased food if they sold it. so I ran to the nearest McDonald’s out of desperation. Upon entering the building two staff including the manager snapped at me and said I can’t bring outside food in. I explained my son’s autism situation and they didn’t care & continued to shame for not reading one of the 20 tiny flyers upon entry, if it’s posted, I have yet to see it. I was forced to bring him outside in the freezing cold to eat. Later on, I saw two adults with outside food eating & no staff said anything to them. Further, I see outside food here all the time. Lastly, they rudely tell you to times up as if you’re stealing from them when your time is up! Still had 2 minutes left by the way. Let me tell you something, I never want to be there longer than what I paid for & like most parents, I want to leave before my time ends, it’s loud cold & uncomfortable. Certainly enforce your policies but you get one star because you’re rude and you’re attitudes are lousy. So you reap what you sow and you earned...
