Taco Bell — Restaurant in Woonsocket

I do enjoy their food, when it is made correctly and the order is given to me completely. If I order for myself, the order appears to be totally manageable and there are rarely any issues. The moment I order for two things start to get messed up and forgotten.

I typically use the app to ensure ordering accuracy and confirm that I am not holding up someone at the drive thru. So when I order a larger than average quantity of items, I have a hard time sorting through the bags at the window to make sure they have everything and usually assume that the crew are doing their jobs and giving me what I paid for.

On numerous occasions that is not the case and I have been short changed quite a bit of food over the past several months, the most recent of which was part of a large order for the evening. I had purchased their "At Home Taco Bar" and a few burritos for myself and my fiance to enjoy for a late lunch. We were handed three medium bags, a small bag, and a box. We asked if that was everything and they confirmed it was everything and we were all set. Instead of sitting at the drive thru window and sorting through everything, we took their word and left. Fast forward to getting home and sorting out the food, we received the Taco Bar in full, but the burritos were missing completely. Really infuriating when stuff like this happens constantly and there is a simple method to double check an order before it is just tossed out the window into...

I wasn't going to write a review about the horrible experience myself and the 2 other people I was with had here tonight, but now that my girlfriend and I are awake at almost 2:30am with her having stomach issues due to having cheese put in her food after we went back in twice to tell them it was incorrect. We ordered $64 worth of food and they forgot 3 items and put cheese on things that is for someone whose lactose intolerant (which I went back 3xs to have it corrected and the items were still wrong). To make matters worse, the items that we did receive barely had any meat in them and at the point we actually left the store, everything was cold and soggy. I have worked in fast food before and I understand people making mistakes and understand that it was a busy Saturday night, but this was just ridiculous. After going back in for the 3rd time and waiting for 15 minutes to get 2 potato soft tacos(the items they made incorrectly), I asked the person working the drive thru how much longer the order would take and he said they have pages and pages of orders and he couldn't do anything to get the order out sooner, even though it was their mess up... I just wound up leaving. Once we had gotten home and started eating, a few bites in we realized there was cheese in my girlfriends food which was seriously disappointing considering all the time we spent there already waiting for them to make it "correctly", which was about 40-45...

I used drive thru to order tonight, when the person talking to me through the microphone asked for my order I asked for a short moment to look at the menu, he told me two cars came behind you and you have to be fast, then he started to get rude, and finally he threatened me and said if you are giving your order give it or leave, I was surprised at that moment, I went to the window to understand what was happening and told him that I just wanted to talk to the manager of this place, he came and said the manager is mine, now go or I will call the police, I said call the police and waited at the window for 25 minutes but no one came, only all the women in the car were looking at me and laughing, I didn't understand their problems but I understood this, I guess everyone who works at this Taco Bell store is like that 😂 You become a victim when you can't reach an authorized person when you want, the crazy man didn't let me look at the menu for two minutes and then he waited for half an hour You couldn't take orders throughout the day, people waited behind me for half an hour, you made a lot of people suffer, my friend, if you can't do it, don't do it, let those who do...
