Ordered through the drive-thru. After waiting for ten minutes, we get a large bag. I asked "is this everything" and was told yes. Had no reason to check because the wait was so long, it should have been right. Get home and there is food missing. After spending $40 on food, I wasn't happy, but whatever because mistakes happen. My fiance goes back to get the missing food and he comes back home, with another wrong bag and no receipt. So I go to get the missing items. Long story short, the manager is the problem. I understand orders get messed up sometimes, but how it's handled makes the difference. The manager, Hariz all but calls me a liar when I say the receipt wasn't given back and there is food missing. He said he couldn't pull up the original order, although I paid with plastic. He didn't apologize for the inconvience. He was just rude. Just super rude. Like I want to punch him in the face rude.
I would recommend literally any other place but this one. Only good thing about this place are the women at the drive-thru (a younger woman with dark hair and a blond haired woman) because they're super nice, but the manager and the people at the cash registers in the lobby (Alfredo or something of that nature and the other young lady who never smiles), they need to reconsider their positions in life because working at Popeye's and dealing with the public is NOT what they should be doing. Read moreThe food is obviously good. The service is horrible. I put in an online order, give them 20-25 minutes before I arrive. I get to the drive thru put in a small order & tell them about my online order at the speaker/microphone.They had no clue what I was talking about even though I had gotten email confirmation & an order number to confirm. When I get to the drive thru window the manager cant even get himself together. I repeated my order several times to him, he still couldn't understand. A young girl took the order & asked me to pull up cause my online order wasn't ready. By now it’s been over 40minutes that my online order was put in. Needless to say by the time I get home, I was missing food that I paid for. I called the restaurant & explained their error. The same girl that was at drive thru answered. I can hear the manager in the back ground disagreeing with me, instead of being a manager by taking the phone call & rectifying the situation. I spoke to two people, as the first person was having a little bit of a hard time communicating on the phone, so the second person took over. I said that I heard they were doing Thanksgiving turkeys and I would like to order one for my family to pick up the night before - I asked if I should pay over the phone and she said, “no, pay when you get here” and I reconfirmed I’d be picking up a precooked turkey on Weds 11/25, she confirmed back. I arrive at 4:30 tonight, the NIGHT before Thanksgiving to pick up this promised turkey and the man looks at me and goes, “We sold out yesterday”. I explained over and over again that I called over a month in advanced and specifically asked if I needed to pay over the phone or come in and pay in advance. He blankly stared at me and offered no apology - I raised my voice out of sheer frustration with the situation, then another woman came in who had also called in advance and was told they were sold out.
