Burlington — Local services in Woonsocket

If i could give negitive stars i would.. This company steals from its customers and they lack customer service. I went there on november 20, 2016 to pick up my layaway. first of all they switched the recipts in my layaway (very unorginized). then the associate i was working with convinced me that the balance she was giving me was indeed my balance. im not a very argumentitive persone so i just paid the balance i was given. As i was inspecting my reciept i noticed that the items this associate just had me pay for WAS NOT my items the reciept she had me pay for was one with shoes and towels and i was paying for baby clothes.. still no big deal to me at the time since the transaction was already done i offered to take the store credit and use that to pay for my correct items and ill keep the balance on the store credit since i shop there alot. Instead the woman voided my transaction and said the 76 dollars would return to my card in 3 days and RECHARDED me for my correct layaway. Til this day the money was never refunded to my card I've tried working with the store managers showing them my bank statements and all to prove the money was taken and never refunded. I've even tried contacting corporate and no one is trying to help me. Im just warning you...

The burlington coat factory on diamond hill rd is extremely dirty . Corporate really needs to invest some money into this location and give it a bit of a make over. They also need to stock it like they do other locations

I see that in your reply ,u mentioned u would address this with the store team . The concerns are more of a corporate concern rather than the store level. The carpets need to be replaced , walls painted especially the entrance way . The entrance way is digusting , bland and not welcoming at All ! This seems to be something corporate would take care of .

The store is empty and has been for a year , Barely stocked like the other RI stores. Again , this seems like a Corporate concern .

The store team is always pleasant ,quick to help and they are always keeping busy . I have never seen anyone just hanging around doing nothing , and They are they r excellent at customer service .

Its corporate that is failing this store and its Hard Working team , because of the condition of the interior of the building it is dreadful...

It was the first time I went into this Burlington store and I will never go back. I had a bad experience. I was buying two clothes for my baby, both on clearance, one of these pieces of clothing was a Christmas bodysuit with a price of $0.1 marked on the red tag. When paying for these clothes, the employee said that she couldn't sell the clothes, and she looked at me in a bad way as if I was somehow to blame for that. I even asked to raise the price or score 50% off because I really liked the outfit. They simply hid the clothes and didn't sell them to me. I have been a Burlington customer for years, this has never happened to me before. I don't understand why they put a product in stock, mark it as clearance and don't let the customer buy it. This...
