Great service! Call to see if they had a caliper tool available for rent after my Franklin location didn't and weren't so pleasant either. Milford location was excellent in customer service! I was very impressed when I arrived. They had to part out ready and waiting for me and the 2 guys working there very friendly, very nice. All around was a great experience. I highly recommend the Milford location. If you need anything for your car or if you don't have a certain tool, you can just go in and rent it for up to 90 days. Put the deposit on your credit card when you return the tool, they take the deposit off and if you don't return it after the 90 days you own it! The deposit they took will now be a charge on your card, which is fair. That's a great benefit, so you don't need to purchase a tool you might only need...

As of October 2019-I had a customer related issue, and the cashier told me that it wasn't their problem... not only did this happen several months ago, as of April, the general manager of parts completely ignored me 100%. After, I said, are you still hiring for any position at your store? He was with a customer at the time which I can understand holding me off. But holding me off means 1 second sir or I'm going to be a while with this customer or something or rather Etc? None of these things happen. Just 100% ignorance and I held my patience. I was there waiting for a response from him literally five minutes plus and still absolutely nothing. I'm reporting him to the district manager for sure.

They don't really know what they are talking about when it comes to car parts. But staff is friendly. But your better off with a real mechanic. I went there for a new battery because my car was due for one and was told it was a transmission issue. So they referred me to a mechanic chain down the street who said it was my alternator which I knew was incorrect because I just put all new parts in this car previously so I ended up taking it to my normal mechanic to which he told me it's not my transmission or my alternator in fact they both are working perfectly and it was in fact I just needed a brand new battery. And the only reason why they're getting 3 stars is because of the African-American worker who is very kind on my previous visit for...
