My family and I visited for the second time. We did the Museum back in 2016 when they first opened. It was our first time attempting an escape room and we were really excited but had no idea what to expect. We were sent in with a few other people we didn't know but we quickly became a team and worked well together. The puzzles were challenging but fun and interesting. We came close but didn't escape. It was disappointing to not make it but still a great experience. So we were looking forward to returning for another visit.
It took us a while to get back for another visit but we finally did and chose Dreamscape this time. It was just us for this attempt and the four of us had a great time. Again the puzzles were challenging but enjoyable. We knew this room had the lowest success rate so were not entirely optimistic about escaping but love a good challenge. We needed a little help so did use our clues but we escaped with one second left! The sense of accomplishment and disbelief of making it at the last second definitely made it even more enjoyable but having been through both a successful and unsuccessful attempt we can honestly say the experience is a blast either way!
We will definitely be back again and hopefully much sooner.
The location is great! Parking is easy, free, and directly across the street. Restrooms are clean. Waiting area is spacious, comfortable, and has fun puzzles to get you warmed up for the room ahead. (Although on both visits we were not waiting long at all.) The staff are fun and friendly and keep things running smoothly. The prices are reasonable and well worth it for an all around wonderful experience.
We have and will continue to reccomend to anyone looking for something fun to do with family or friends of any age.
Thanks for the great work put into creating the rooms and the memorable experiences we've...
Read morePat and our group just didn’t click. Was nice enough at first, but there were some things said that were condescending and a bit off putting. Explaining the rules he spoke way too quickly and was very performative (it was just not the right vibe for us). Game design needed maintenance (we would do some clues right but the actual pieces of the clue wouldn’t work correctly and make us think we were wrong when we weren’t), we sat around for a good chunk of the experience, nothing really connected and we needed help pretty frequently, and we used the three clues pretty quickly. Upon explaining what we needed to get to escape, he refused to tell us what was in one of the locked chests we didn’t get to open. Which would make sense to make us come back, but really? You want me to pay another $30 to do a room I had finished 85% of? Absolutely not. He also didn’t care that part of the puzzle literally didn’t show the whole code needed to open something and he didn’t even acknowledge it. After, he said “do you want a picture with the loser boards?” and that was just the cherry on top. Don’t make people feel bad like that and call it straight up “loser”. Like really? Read the room, babes. AND THEN he said he designed the room himself (I think, I’m pretty sure. If thats true then he needs to fix stuff) and “hate to break it to you, but that was the easiest room.” Like what? Why in your silly right mind would you say something so condescending like that and indirectly call us stupid? Does he really not realize he needs to work on the way he talks to customers? Even as an actor AND GAME MASTER myself. I know how these rooms work and I can tell that it wasn’t updated or maintained recently at least. Ugh, I just wish I had something different to say about this. I was really looking...

On my Dad's birthday, I bought 6 tickets to the Museum Room at Escape Games Worcester. I was amazed that we were able to get the whole room to ourselves on the same day I bought them. Tickets were reasonably priced and well worth it.
Once we got in there, it was clear that this was unlike any other game that we had ever played before. The room was artful and the props were so cool! Escaping the room is not a given, it requires a great deal of logic and problem solving and especially team work. Each one of us brought some skill to the table to aid in our escape. It's fun to think that if you're clever enough, you might beat the high score for that room. If you do get stuck like we did (and we're geniuses) you have the option to reveal some intuitive hints.
In the end, we all had a great deal of fun... and it was proven that my brother is the brains of the family. We wouldn't have made it out alive without you! I think Escape Games is best for small groups, such as families, school clubs, or coworkers.
Thanks for making my Dad's birthday one to remember, EGW! Can't wait to...
