There are simply not enough words to express how much I appreciate my brow experience with Lynnette. She was not only professional, but more importantly attentive. She asked questions in the beginning of the service and actually listened to/delivered what I wanted. I was a candidate for ombre powder brows as a result of her detailed questions and review. She took her time brow mapping, paying attention to all of the details. She allowed me to review the outline prior to beginning the process. Despite me being part of the 1% of extremely sensitive skinned clientele, that did not deter her from keeping her composure while still making me feel at ease in the process. She was patient, of great charisma and overall, an extreme pleasure! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole session and ultimately delivered exactly what I envisioned! To note, I am VERY particular in who I let touch my brows and have been going to the same person for YEARS as a result. I have been wanting to get my eyebrows done for years but have always been very hesitant. I was referred to Lynnette over at Divine Brows and Beauty and the rest is history. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner. She created such a warm and welcoming environment and made me feel so comfortable that it felt like I've known her for a while and we just met. She was very knowledgeable and explained the difference between microblading and ombre powder (which is one of the reasons I was hesitant) and convinced me to get the ombre due to my oily skin. She is a perfectionist and I mean this in the best way possible. She made sure that I was completely satisfied before the finalized the procedure. And let me tell, she did an AMAZINGGGGG job. Lynnette is truly unmatched! I have gotten my eyebrows done for a very long time with henna as an additional add-on to my regular wax service. As much as I love getting them done, I no longer have to go as frequently, and I don't have to get henna anymore! As soon as I booked my appointment, Lynnette reached out to me and followed up on what I was looking to get out of the service, asked general questions and was overall very friendly and professional. Once I arrived at my appointment Lynnette was very welcoming and her work space was very clean. I did express that I was a little nervous about having a permanent change to my face, but Lynnette went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the whole time (she also gave me a snack, which is a plus in my books because I love food lol).
