I traveled to Worcester Ma on business, and the Hotel's food, and hours of operation did not cater to my needs. A few yards from where i stayed was Fuel America which is a franchise. Nice, cozy, kind of a relaxed atmosphere. People sit with their laptops by themselves, or friends. It's like a coffee shop on steroids because of all the delicious, healthy, vegan/protein options it offers. The place was clean, well decorated. Staff was attentive, professional including the owner who was very pleasant, and approachable. Everything is prepared fresh, and it can take a few minutes to be prepared, and it is worth the wait. I tried the Acai bowl with a blast of peanut butter, tasty, delicious, filled with fruits, layered with coconut, peanut butter, and at the bottom the Acai. It that was heaven I'd like to go there. I also ordered an avocado whole wheat toast. It's like you went on a treasure hunt, since the toast was hidden in between layers of green, and once i discovered it i hit gold!!... a single egg lied on a single toast layered with sliced avocados, delicate, fresh, delicious with a touch lemon/vinagrette... some items are a bit pricey, and I'll come back again. My overall experience was fantastic, especially the customer service one. I rate my experience a 4.7.

This place felt really cool. The vibe here was chill, and it's a pretty area. The staff seemed slightly annoyed that we were ordering food, and that I didn't know everything on the menu my first time entering the building. They were polite, but didn't seem real welcoming. My iced Americano was a little weaker than I like, but the quality of the roast was good. Just needed a little more espresso in it. My beyond sausage, egg and cheese sandwich was good, but nothing special, and it felt a little overpriced. My daughter had a great acai bowl, and that didn't feel overpriced. I felt it was a little ice creamy for breakfast, since the acai was more of a sorbet then the typical ones she gets, but she said it would definitely be one that she would go back for. So, based on the quality of the espresso and the acai, we'll definitely go back. It's definitely a coffee shop I could see myself hanging out for a bit in, since it's a cool place with good tunes. I'll probably just go with an iced coffee in the future, since I'm guessing it will be more to my liking. Note: they have beer... NICE.

**Update: had horrible GI pain then diarrhea in about 1 hour after visiting this place. Never had issues when I had similar food elsewhere and my breakfast was very early in the morning, so something I ate here caused this.. not sure if I want to return anytime soon.** I've meant to visit this place for awhile, and when I saw their Summer drinks, I knew it was finally time. I thought strawberry matcha latte with oat milk was pretty good (not too sweet but flavorful). I thought my meal was slightly underwhelming because of how it was presented (chicken meat falling out of my pita bread and not packed enough.. see the untouched food photo which was taken right after I sat down to eat) but it tasted alright. Overall, it's 4/5/5 for me. I could give four stars but the cashier and barista were nice, so I give 4.5 stars. I may edit this review when I visit next time.

We came in earlier this morning during the first snow storm of the winter season. We were the only customers and the employee was eager to help us. I can't recall his name but he was a British/European/Foreign guy, so management you'll probably be able to know who I'm talking about!

He was very patient when answering my many questions about the different coffee options as I have never tried coffee before. He was very kind and polite overall and I would give him 10 stars for service! I recently went somewhere else to try coffee for the first time and they acted like I was stupid for not knowing what a mocha was. I suggest the management let him know he's doing a good job!

The atmosphere was also very nice. I love that the old interior was kept, showing off the history and heritage of Worcester.

The food was very good, the prices not so much. However, as someone who has left establishments because I don't like the prices, I will say paying a little more is worth the experience. I will definitely be back...
