I ordered a few nights ago waited for my card charges to clear to post & now this is the 3rd time and I can not let it go. I work 3rd shift and during covid this is one of the few places to order from at night so I gave them 1, 3 too many chances. We ordered 24 piece Wings, chili cheese poppers, cheeseburger sub and sm chicken fingers. We ordered at 12:30am After 1 hour 2 of us called to inquire where our food was and informed the driver had already left 10 mins ago we are less than 10 mins away. Food did not come until 2:00am 1hr 30 mins later. The food was cold not warm but cold, chicken wings were not cooked to order, the hot sauces were not covered tightly and opened over everything. Did not receive the chili cheese poppers either. Oh and the driver was RUDE! Immediately called and whomever the gentleman I spoke with although he was rather nice and sounded very much Understanding he apologized asked for name and last 4 of card to verify and claims to have marked my slip and informed me I would be refunded for not receiving my item and also credited a discount my concern is not so much the discount but a refund for what I did not receive. Now this is my 3rd time being told I would be refunded or discounted for their error or refunded for missing items and it does not happen. I strongly advise to not order from here and if you do to pick up so that you can check your order. They lost some business here bc we are in a hospital and utilize them often but we have spread the word of the horrendous service and most of us will not be ordering from...

I stopped ordering from them about 2 years ago because at first everything was great, don't get me wrong most of the food is good, however their customer service sometimes is not. I ordered from them not long ago and the order was mixed with a friends order, they forgot a pizza. I called and the gentleman that night was great, I believe he ended up bringing the missing pizza himself. My friend ordered again about a week ago, her food was messed up and got double charged. I just ordered from them tonight 4/8 and the only thing missing from my order was a 2 LT of soda. When the call was first answered, the staff member barely acknowledged us and quickly said āhold onā without any courtesy, such as asking if we could wait. My son patiently waited while practicing placing an order, but when he began, the staff member hung up on him. When I called back to explain that my son had been put on hold and disconnected, the staff member immediately hung up on me, saying he ādidnāt have time for this.ā
I want to emphasize that neither my son nor I were rude or disrespectful at any point. We have been loyal customers since your business opened, and we were simply trying to place an order and provide constructive feedback. Unfortunately, this experience discouraged my son and left us feeling disrespected.
