The owner, Ilah Cibis, was a true artist and a delight to work with. Her professionalism throughout the process of the custom-design of a pendant was impecable. Her love of what she does really shines through in her work, and her communication with the customer. My husband and I had a recent tragedy this past year- our home burnt to the ground just DAYS before our wedding date! We were in panic mode- everything we had for our wedding was inside our home. Including our wedding bands which is where Ilah enters the picture. She was kind enough to offer replacement bands for us both to have which she would rush to be ready for the big day (again just 5 days away!) Anyhow, we were able to get into the house to gather what we could and in the few moments inside we DID in fact grab the bands. When we informed her that we no longer were going to need her generous offering, she turned around and offered us something else. A custom made pendant once we returned to "normal" after the fire and the wedding and vacation...and something we could have her design which reflected all that occured this past year. I also lost my mother, who was my best friend, just months after I was married. Ilah and I decided that inserting a beautiful diamond stone in the center will now resemble my mother's angelic spirit, and her watching over me. This custom made, one-of-a-kind piece, will forever be held close to my heart. The owner, Ilah's kindness and compassionate spirit and desire to "pay it forward" to a total stranger such as myself is something that hold no words.
