We had a wonderful experience at Maria’s Fine Jewelry in Worcester. We originally came in to have our son’s chain fixed, and instead, decided to purchase a new one. While we were waiting I decided to have 2 rings cleaned. While cleaning my wedding ring, her bench jeweler noticed two small cracks in the band. He took the time to explain the repair process to my husband and me, and was able to do the work while we waited. Not only did he repair and secure my diamond perfectly, but he polished both rings so they looked brand new—my 15-year-old wedding ring was sparkling like the day I got it.

I've waited to make this review so here it goes! My fiancé originally ordered my ring off an online moissanite website. I fell in love with the ring but experienced so many problems with the pavé style band having stones fall out. We sent it to the online store multiple times to fix, but the stones would just fall back out again. We finally decided to do research about going somewhere local and found Maria's. When we brought the ring in, Maria's team took one look at the ring and said it unfortunately could not be fixed because the settings for the stones were too weak. I was heartbroken because I love the unique style of my ring. Maria came and helped me look for similar styles, but I just didn't like any of them. She then offered to have the ring custom built from scratch using the stones from my ring. During the process, Maria kept in contact and made sure I was happy with the computer design before it was made.
