Had the best experience purchasing appliances for a full kitchen remodel. This was my first time dealing Percy’s, and I am so glad I went there. They have a huge selection of top name brands and very knowledgeable staff. The big box stores don’t even come close to the selection of models they have that you can see in person before choosing. Additionally, no one working there was a high pressure sales-person who steered you towards the most expensive items.
We were paired with a wonderful agent, Rick Medeiros, who patiently listened to our needs and requirements, what selections we had made and then offered his opinion and recommendations within the price range we were seeking. I was amazed at how knowledgeable he was about the product and the features. Working with Rick was such a pleasure. While the MSRP is set by the manufacturer, Rick was able to give us additional discounts on almost all 4 major appliances we purchased (something no big box store would do). In addition to the discounts, he informed us of the manufacturer and their own rebates which amounted to almost 10% of my total cost for the appliances. And to top it off, he spoke with the area representative and got me an accessory (worth $$$) for my stove for free. Talk about a great deal!
Since my kitchen would not be done for a few weeks, Percy’s held my appliances until I was ready, and duly delivered them when I asked them to deliver. The delivery service was excellent. They were careful not to dent, scratch or damage the appliance or my new kitchen. In between purchasing the appliances and delivery, I had some follow up questions and additional items I needed. A quick email to Rick was all I needed to do and he promptly responded with information or whatever it is that I needed.

I inherited my washer and dryer when I bought my house 5+ years ago and my washer has been slowly going for awhile. Last month it finally stopped working and after getting it looked at by a local repair service it was recommended that I purchase a new one vs fixing the older one. Initially I made the mistake of purchasing one from a big box stores. Please learn from my mistake and never do this!! I scheduled delivery with them and when the day and time came the delivery crew refused to deliver my new washer insisting my space was too small. No measurements were taken and they would not look at the space or hookups (machines are in my basement) but instead kept insisting it wouldn't fit. I politely asked them to hold on while I called Customer Service to get some help and no sooner than I turned around to look out my window they were gone. Packed up my new washing machine and left without a word.
The next day I called Percy's and was fortunate enough to speak with Rich - he was AMAZING! I shared with him the headache that the other store left me with and he assured me that he'd be able to help. He got right to work helping me find the right machine and was even kind enough to send out a tech to measure my space to ensure the washer would fit when it came time to delivered. Rich went above and beyond to help make this a good experience for me and I can't be more thankful!
My washer was delivered in less than a week and the delivery crew (Ozzy, Carl & Brendan) were on time and very informative throughout the entire process. They noticed and kindly pointed out a leaking water valve also giving me advice on how/where to fix that and after installing they turned the machine on to ensure it worked and gave me several pointers to help keep it in tip top shape.

Read moreAt the beginning of March, 2020, (March 3rd, more specifically), we suddenly experienced an error code on our expensive Bosch dishwasher. It could not have happened at a worse time - 4 displaced family members of ours moved in with us and exponentially increased the number of daily dishes that now needed hand-washing.
Our calls to Percy's began at that time and I was lucky enough to speak with Tina. (I also spoke with Andrea as well, and she was also very nice!) From the beginning, Tina was professional, attentive, helpful, and honestly made me feel as though I was the only customer in the world that mattered. She took care of making calls directly to the warranty provider, and she followed-up when initial paperwork was processed incorrectly. Meanwhile, she always kept me updated as to the progress being made and we always felt as though she was working persistently on our behalf,
I was able to speak with Tina this morning to get a new dishwasher ordered and she was extremely thorough when I asked for details about every line item. She explained and clarified with great specificity, and delivered a final sales order exactly as we had discussed.
Percy's should be very proud to have Tina as a team member. It is clear that she takes her job very seriously and that she works tirelessly to ensure that customers are 100% satisfied. As consumers, my husband and I have always found service after the sale to be extremely important and maybe even more important than the actual sale itself- and this was never more evident than now as to how important this is to us. As a result, we will be lifelong Percy's customers and we both have and will continue to recommend Percy's to our friends and family - even strangers too!
