Extremely displeased for multiple reasons..
To point out a few the person who performed the oil change was in my opinion rude, I felt rushed for responses and it was difficult to understand him.
Then there was the issue of FALSE ADVERTISING.... Completely false and infuriating. I was using a coupon that said "$19.99 full service conventional oil change*" the details behind the asterisk "includes up to "5 quarts conventional oil, filter (prem. extra) lube and maintenance check. The coupon also stated "plus tax, not good with any other same service discounts/offers..." Etc. So I showed up and they told me "it meant $20 off" I tried explaining the other coupon I wasn't using stated "$15 off" this one says "$20 oil change" but gave up and asked them how much it'd cost, they said "$21-$24 depending" so I said that's fine let's do it but I need it under $30
Now for the kicker... Halfway through everything they asked me if I'd like "high mileage oil" or something like that, they said it would only be a little more expensive so I figured it'd still be under $30 or why would they offer it. At the end I got a bill for close to $70!!! And the best part was, my $20 coupon (which was apparently $20 off) didn't work on it because now "it wasn't a conventional oil change"!!!! So I had to use the "$15 off" coupon which brought me up to $52!!
So in short, the service wasn't good, I felt lied to and cheated out of my cash and they falsely advertised a $20 oil change. If they right this wrong I'll fix my review but until then I'll be making sure my family stops coming here and continue spreading...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have gotten my oil changed here for years. My new vehicle is a Toyota 4Runner. I put a skid plate on it last year. They are the only ones that have done oil changes on it. Unfortunately, the last time they changed the oil, they stripped out one of the bolts to the skid plate. So they were unable to take it off. They sent me on my way and told me if I could get the skid plate off they could finish the oil change. I took it to my local mechanic. He was able to take it off. It was being held on by two bolts at this time. He informed me that the third hole had been stripped. I went back to get my oil change finished. They had to purchase new bolts but they were only able to put three back on my skid plate. And they told me I didn't really need the 4th anyway. They did not acknowledge that this was their fault. The best they could do was take $20 off of the invoice. I am not going back. I would like it if your company would fix the damage they did to my car, that seems unlikely since they will not own...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe have used this location and the one on 72 nd for both of our vehicles. Bad experience on both vehicles this time. Ford Escape, no issues going in. About 3 days ago started getting low oil pressure signal. I drive 62 miles a day. Over a pass. Not sure what the issue is. Filed claim with customer service. Chevy Uplander, they were more interested in doing additional services that they did not check battery said it was not assesable. Sits in front of engine cavity, would not change light bulb, even though they have done it before. No tire pressure check. 4 days after service battery issue occurred Van locked myself and 2 grandkids. Outside in heat for 3 1/2 hrs waiting for tow truck ,while my engine continued to running 250.00 later for new battery ,instalation and half a tank of gas that was sucked up. If the battery had been check half of this situation could have...
