CVS Pharmacy — Attraction in Yarmouth

Unprofessional behavior violating HIPPA law! During a recent visit to this pharmacy, I experienced unprofessional behavior and a disregard for patient/customer privacy. While picking up my medication, the cashier repeatedly shouted the customer's last name lacross the pharmacy to another staff member. Even after ehrn, the customer requested that the matter be handled more discreetly. Other customers waiting in line expressed disapproval of this inappropriate behavior, calling it unacceptable.

When the affected customer raised their concern, another staff member told them that if they were unhappy, they could go to another pharmacy, adding that this was simply the way they had always worked. At no point did anyone acknowledge the issue or apologize.

This conduct demonstrates a lack of professionalism and a disregard for HIPAA...
