Was ripped off by the cell phone kiosk foreign guy in this mall location in April 2025. He spoke barely any adequate english, overcharged me for a simple, solid colored rubber phone case that didn't properly fit/line up with the side buttons of my phone device. I brought it to his attention the next day when I returned to his kiosk after trying to use my phone regularly that evening and next morning and being unsatisfied with the fit of the case on my phone still. He charged for a camera screen protector sticker the 2nd visit, which he took back off of my phone unknowingly-to-me before I left his kiosk. He wrote down on a scrap paper an instructed date that he wanted me to return to his kiosk because he said he was going to order me a different case to fit my phone instead. I never bothered to return to his kiosk after getting home and realizing he charged me for the camera screen protector sticker extra almost $15-20 bucks just for that, and he had taken it off of my phone during the 20mins time he was messing around his kiosk cabinets while trying to find a phone case to fit better on my phone, and failing to do so. I tried calling the main mall phone number to request if the mall admins could help assist me get a refund for both the phone case and the screen protector sticker from that guy's kiosk, but after 3 days of calling the number, and leaving 2 messages on their recording line, I got no response back at all from any mall officials and just gave up. It ended up being a total frustrating...
Read moreMy husband and I went all the way to Zanesville from Saint Louisville to go to Zales for wedding celebration rings. The main woman working was of absolutely no help- she was content to tell us everything that would NOT work for our style and budget and continually INSISTED that all of the rings I liked WOULD NOT BE ABLE to be sized up. If I so much as glanced at a ring, she'd laugh and give me a look and say no one would size it "that high". I wear a size 11. My fingers are long and not pudgy at all. My engagement ring was a 10.5. She basically laughed at our budget, even though it wasn't cheap by any means, and there were multiple rings on display that came in well below our budget. She reminded us about 5 times, no exaggeration, of her recent divorce. I was nearly in tears by the time I dragged my husband away from the store. I've never dealt with someone so brash and brutal before. On the outside of the mall, the signs are extremely confusing as to where you're supposed to go for which store in the mall. We decided to see a 9:45 pm movie to make up for the ruined day. We walked up to the part that says "CINEMATIC" in big bold red letters, tried to open the door to go to the movie theater, just to be stared at by silent security who didn't seem to think of helping us out. All in all... it was a...
Read moreWhy do they keep raising the price of rent? It is just a small mall in a small town. No one is going to pay such an outrageous price for rent just to be in a trashy mall, where they will hardly make any money because most of the people in Zanesville are lower class. This is why all the stores keep closing. I remember when I was younger how nice of a mall this used to be, but it has really gone down hill. Most people just go for a bite to eat and a trip to the movie theater, which is how the stores can ever get any business. Occasionally, somebody will visit one of the stores if they see something they like in the windows when they're passing through. The food court is pretty crappy too. The selection is quite slim with all of the vendors packing up and leaving. Zanesville might as well just close the mall and open a separate movie theater. That is the only place making any money. I hope the owners get their head out of their butt and lower the prices so maybe the good stores will come back and be able to keep the doors open. I honestly just prefer to make the extra drive to Columbus and go to Easton so I can actually get good service, good food, and good stores. Zanesville needs to step...
