Ice-cream (because this is not gelato!) is not creamy at all. If you try and scoop out spoonful's of ice-cream from the cup, you will notice how the ice-cream breaks off in blocks, rather than separate between the amount on the spoon and the content in the cup like a smooth cream. There were small pieces of ice in the ice-cream (absolute no-go!!!), and the flavours lacked range and dynamic - the different flavours just tasted flat. Appreciated the low level of sugar (i.e. compared to Gelato Italia), and the lower prices, that reflect the quality of the ice-cream.

Complimentary drinking water is offered. Gioia gelati, for example, does not offer free drinking water, at all.

Mình nghĩ là sẽ không muốn viết review này nhưng mình hy vọng quán kem yêu thích của mình và chồng mình sẽ luôn giữ được những mặt tích cực nên mình muốn chia sẻ những trải nghiệm của mình - khách hàng quen thuộc của shop vài năm nay. Thứ 1 : quán nên training lại nhân viên bán hàng , đặc biệt nhân viên nữ đeo kính, người nhỏ , hay làm ca tối. Bạn này phải nói giao tiếp với khách kể cả khách Việt hay khách nước ngoài cực không thân thiện, không lịch sự, có những câu từ cộc cằn. Mình và Ck mình hoàn toàn ko có 1 feeling ok mỗi khi gặp bạn ý làm việc ở quán. Mà nếu xảy ra 1l thì coi như bỏ đi, nhưng hầu như lần nào qua ăn cũng thế. Bản thân bạn này sau khi phục vụ khách xong cũng rất bật nhạc to và nói chuyện to trong quầy. Thứ 2: tại sao làm ngành dịch vụ ăn uống mà nhân viên lại ko đeo khẩu trang ? Đeo khẩu trang là cái thiết yếu đầu tiên nhân viên cần phải làm . Tại sao phải đeo thì các bạn biết rõ hơn mình rồi. Thứ 3: kem lấy cho khách cực xấu. Bạn có thể lấy 9l kem đẹp nhưng chỉ 1l xấu nó cũng ảnh hưởng đến thẩm mỹ của cây kem cũng như đến cảm nhận của khách hàng. Cây kem hôm qua mình ăn nó như bị mút dở vậy .
