J Spa & Massage — Attraction in Hà Nội

This place looks great on interior wise also girls beautiful, but there is no service provided what is on the menu. None of the girl speaks English which is ok, but you will spend half of the time translating. First they put in small bathroom with hot sauna bath, girl will ask you to get inside and sit there without instructions. I was inside and it kept getting hot and hot and i started to felt burnt on my legs because hot steam were coming out from bottom part of bathroom and i was started to get hard time breathing. I had to open the door to let hot air come out and what i saw that girl was sitting relaxed in chair texting without paying attention. After 15 -20 minutes spent time in sauna i had to tell girl that i am done and what is next. Also i bought second option in menu. There is many things written inside but its just in the menu, half of service you will not get it. We 4 friend went there to get massage but we all felt same that it was not worth for time and money. We talk to owner\manager who sits right there on couch tried to give us discount if we go there next time and ignored the issue what we said. Writing this review to make people aware about situation if you have respiratory issue or getting hard time breathing be careful. Also No full service its illegal in Vietnam thats what they says and you wont get it if you looking for...

Before going to the J Spa Massage for consumption ... pre-communicate with online staff through Zalo, their returns are very timely and accurate, solved all my doubts and concerns.

Their service is very good, the room facilities are also great, especially the staff service is very kind.

It was "J18" that served me yesterday, not only the appearance, figure, but also the service are very attentive (work very hard) ... it's a pity that you can't make an appointment in advance, hope to meet her next time again.
