I am giving 2 stars for these reasons: there was a big lack of privacy. Curtains were not pulled when other people were coming in, men and woman. Also, the massage lady stands next to you and watches you get undressed and dressed again? There should be more privacy. when I laid down and put my face inside the hole on the table, it smelled like mold and was making me sick. the massage lady and other therapists who were coming in and out were talking to each other during my massage and sometimes laughing. kids outside the door playing and loud. a man came into the room and my curtain was not pulled to cover my body. He then talked the entire time he was there. They did pull his curtain after he laid down, however he still saw my body and my butt when walking in. Not really acceptable. when a woman came in to get a massage, the massage lady continued to ask her questions about herself, being friendly which is nice. But when someone else is getting a massage it’s supposed to be relaxing and quiet. When I got up to change and leave she was next to me as if we were sharing a room. the massage technique was okay, but I will stick to going to my favorite place Yakushi. They are more professional, give privacy, not noisy, and have better massage technique.

Read moreThis would have to be the most disappointing massage I've ever paid for. The staff have no idea about muscle structures or how to apply pressure in order to provide what is classified as a "professional massage". My experience was the equivalent of someone rubbing oil on my body followed by the same movements with a hot stone. Many movements were applied on the bones, not muscle. Rubbing hot stones on my Tibia was nothing but uncomfortable. I should have asked my partner for a body rub with oil instead of paying for this extremely poor quality service. When I pay for a massage I expect the service of an experienced masseuse. The staff here do not offer a professional experience. I was also offered an additional 30 minutes for another 100k, which I happily declined, to which I received two people doing the same poor quality massage to finish in the 60 minute timeframe for which I had paid. If you want a professional experience with qualified and correctly trained masseurs do not attend this establishment. My partner was also charged 800k for what is being advertised on Google for 168k. Then tried to sell excessively expensive skin care products that were in excess of the 800k facial. She also felt uncomfortable as the multiple women in the room were talking and laughing whilst she was receiving...
Read moreMyself and my partner went here for a treatment this afternoon and it was so bad. I try not to write negative reviews but this was really unbelievably terrible. I had a facial and the therapist was on her phone during the whole hour - it was buzzing on the bed next to my head, she would stop the treatment to use her phone and left the room constantly, was scrolling while massaging me. This is what she was concentrating on as she was rough when massaging me and hurt my face. She used the steamer on only one side of my face and then used the suction on all of my face so my pores were not open on one side, she rubbed product into my eyes and I came away with my eyes itching. At one point she left the room for so long the mask started to itch so I took it off myself as I was lying there for so long. It was unpleasant and uncomfortable and I did not want her to touch me by the end. My parter had a hot stones massage which he described as 'bizarre' saying the therapist who started the treatment was a different therapist to the one who finished it so had just swopped over half way, and was doing random techniques like using oil on one leg and not the other. He said it was an unpleasant experience. There are very good places to go in Hanoi and this is not one of them, it was...
