KizCiti — Attraction in Ho Chi Minh City

Very disappointed. I called ahead 2 days asking if the instructors speak English. The receptionist immediately said yes. It took us extra 15 mins driving around to find out where this place was. The address on their website is not accurate at all. My 2 daughters got boring and wanted to leave just right after the first round with the magician school since they do not speak any English and my kids is absolutely have no idea what everyone in their class doing. No refund, no excuse. Not recommend this place at all. Do not waste your time...

information on website is outdated! We went her in december 2014 on a weekday. Please aware that they dont have 2 shifts anymore. its from 9 am to 330pm. Sadly during weekdays they close most activities for above 7. The staff explained because not enough older kids. Bit frustrating that they only informed us after we bought the tickets.

Good place for kids to play, learn and swim. The entrance prices is quite cheap. My 5 year old had a ball even though we don't understand the language she seem to able to follow instructions. The activities you earn money and some you need to pay with your play money. Lots of theme. Can be busy place with hundreds of school kids. After this attached is a big kids play...
