Orchid Spa — Attraction in Nha Trang City

We had the most amazing experience at Orchid Spa! The owner spoke nearly perfect English and was able to fit us in with almost no wait time despite not having a reservation (we don't recommend this, but if you do walk in, go before 2 or after 6:30pm). We both got facials and at the price of 300,000 vnd for 60 minutes of absolute bliss, we will definitely be coming back as soon as possible! They have a large staff but everyone was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was very relaxing, perfect temperature, they gave us some tea afterwards and we sat and chatted with the owner since it was late enough that the placx e was nice and quiet. They offer packages for massages and facials and I think that's what I'll be getting next time! I genuinely can't wait to go back!

Update I ended up going back for the wonderful day package (1hr full body massage, 1/2hr foot massage, and facial), and then again for an hour massage and half hour foot massage and every time I went I was overwhelmed with the hospitality shown to me by Ling, the owner and her staff. It was such a delight getting to know her and more about her business, it's very clear how much passion and love she puts into her team and it truly shows. Don’t listen to recommendations from the manager. She said that one massager will be a man, she said that he is professional and skilled. Then she saw my face and realized that I didn’t believe her, she started promoting him more furiously. There was a reason to be wary, but I believed her and it was my fault. My husband didn’t really like the massage, the pressure was weak, the male massager wasn’t a professional, maybe new and amateur. That’s why don’t like male massagers, a majority of them were worse in massaging that women.

Also a rule: If someone in Vietnam recommends you a service/a person/a thing to buy, there’s a catch. It means that they need to sell it as soon as possible. I don’t like the lie.

And the manager was so unhappy to see us, maybe she hates her work. I was so afraid of her like she was about to kill us for talking, sitting, buying their services…

Will not come back. I saw the good reviews and thought it would be much better....

We are traveling thru Vietnam and enjoying self- care— massages, facials and food massages all along the way.

When we first got there there was one woman alone and she asked if I had an appointment. I did not but she did accommodate me. She found someone to give a back and food massages.

Their prices are reasonable and I wouldn’t complain, it’s just not my favorite. Ive had other massage here where I truly felt the person went to school and was very, very skilled.

Like I said, it certainly wasn’t bad. And they did get me in. I just felt something was a little off, which is why I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars.

Look in my country I couldn’t get in the door for what I paid so I’m not complaining but on the other hand I have had better for the same price and there certainly wasn’t...
