My issues:

Staff behaviour: Several staff members were erude and unwelcoming. In particular, the lady in the final room where photos are printed was blunt and unhelpful. Staff were also intrusive throughout the experience, which made it uncomfortable.

Poor maintenance: Many rooms were dirty, damaged, and run down. Walls had marks, broken elements, and in the teddy bear room, some were hanging off with staples exposed.

I would just recommend to think twice on weather this is the type of experience you are looking for, especially if you are an adult. It is a great place for taking pictures that look like you are having fun, but there is not a lot of interactivity to make it truly interesing or worthwhile otherwise, besides maybe the bouncy castle and ball pit.
