The most responsive and soul-feeding art in the museum. I loved the 5-men show, who synthesized the 10-course menu in front of your eyes! The dishes were all nicely presented and accompanied by handpicked wines. By the end of the night, you are embodied in the experience, and have high respect of what you taste by following all of the moving parts in the making. Many dishes to recall, with our favorite being the transformation of our childhood breakfast, the French toast!

Really great job, guys! Keep the momentum going and pushing the gastronomic boundaries!

We found this restaurant in our neighborhood somewhat accidentally when we needed a last minute dinner reservation and let me just say, I would be amazed if we were able to get a reservation at all a few months from now. The food was so good, especially considering the price, which, yes wasn't cheap, but certainly wasn't the most expensive meal we've had in Amsterdam. The 7 course menu ended up more like 10 courses, all of which were well balanced, and had a nice contiguous flavor. Wine was really nice and service was the best in the city. Nothing bad to say, I just hope we get a chance to eat...

The experience does not match the price tag. The restaurant was freezing cold, meaning we spent the evening with jackets on drinking warm tea. The service was ok but lacking - when ordering wine, we were not asked to try it; very minimal explanation of the dishes or their origin. The food was nice but nothing special, though kudos for catering for my friend’s allergies. Also, they forgot to remove the pre-payment from Zenchef. It happens, sure, and was quickly reimbursed, but shouldn’t happen in a restaurant that poises...
