I don’t even know where to start.. I have no clue what happened to us at this place. I’ll try to explain. Usually I never leave a bad review, but our experience was utterly bad I had to check the reviews on this place and it seems like this place has a LOT of outstanding 5 star (fake?) reviews. We were very hungry at home and checked the menu online and saw they were serving tenderloin and rib eye steak for €35+ so we trusted to go there for food. Two of us ordered rib eye steak and one ordered the gamba’s al ajillo. The shrimps (no gambas) were dryer than dry and super tough to chew on. I kindly asked the chef to taste one and see if they were still good? He never tasted and told me this was just the way they were supposed to be. Also asked about why it says gamba on the menu if these were clearly cheap freezer shrimps. He told me to google gamba al ajillo and that’s it. We did not eat the shrimps. Then we got two (already sliced up) black Angus rib eye steaks, which also clearly were not the rib eye piece of meat. I feel so sad that I did not make a picture of all the food but the steak really looked terrible. It was grey, had no char, very tough and chewy meat. And most of all; it had no rib eye. The piece was also so small and thin so I asked how much gram steak they serve and he said in between 200 and 220 gr. This was a blunt lie. Everybody could tell this was max 130 gr steak, very bad quality and very poorly prepared. The chef then again tried to convince me this was the ‘highest quality of black Angus beef’ and it would shrink double the size when putting it on the grill. I personally don’t know any high grade of beef that becomes twice as small after cooking. Obviously it can shrink a little bit after grilling but not 100 grams?! Ok so owner tried to fix problem; we did not have to pay for our food. When we were leaving I kindly asked to see the rib eye meat they are holding. All of a sudden it was sold out. I then asked to see the tenderloin. Was also sold out? He manically started to show videos of his restaurants where he was having a busy time to convince us his place is always busy and full of happy customers. He then started to show his google reviews. We were not interested in any of this, we just wanted to understand in what kind of restaurant we ended up in. So we kindly said our last words regarding our food complaints and the things we DID like and left the place. As soon as we got in our car (we were parked right in front of the door) the owner came out to take pictures of us & our car with his phone and put his middle finger up. We were baffled. Clearly someone who has a lot of issues. Trying to prove he has a good restaurant going on. Trying to blame everything on bad customers. I have read some other honest reviews and came to the understanding that the owner of this place will not and won’t give in on his own mistakes. Will always blame someone else. I think I am next :p
P.S. we did eat grilled veggies with baked potatoes that we requested as a side for the rib eye and that was simple and good! We also complimented the chef on that, but still got a middle finger after all our smiles and sorry’s for not...

The menu offers a great variety of dishes, especially if you enjoy grilled meats. I tried the mixed grill platter, and everything was cooked perfectly — juicy, flavorful, and nicely seasoned. The portions were generous, and the side dishes complemented the main course really well. Their homemade sauces were also a highlight!
The staff were super friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Service was quick, and they made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. You can tell they really care about their guests.
The restaurant itself is clean and comfortable, with a nice open layout and warm decor. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, so it definitely feels like great...

So we called to get the correct one and the owner was extremely pissed but he agreed to bring the correctc burgers. But he was lying. He never send the correct order and he made us wait for 1h. When we called again to check the status of our order, he started to shout at us. The correct food was never delivered. We had to throw away the rest of the food that we never ordered. Never again. We toke pictures and Luckily we received a refund because Thuisbezorgd understood the situation. The people working here need to be trained again on basic customer service.
