We arrived early, and the restaurant was practically empty, yet for some reason, they suggested we sit at the bar. We had to specifically ask for a table, which felt odd given that there were plenty of available seats.
We chose the €45 per person menu, which included two snacks, two main courses, a pizza to share, and two desserts. Unfortunately, we couldn't choose the dishes ourselves, so we had to completely rely on the chef’s selection, except for the pizza (we opted for the 5 cheese).
Unfortunately, the dining experience was a disaster. The dishes were completely unbalanced in flavor, lacking personality, and without any logical progression. None of the courses truly convinced us, and to make things worse, the pizza was overloaded with creamy cheese to the point of being nauseating.
The service was standard—efficient but without much attention to detail. Nothing went wrong, but there was no particular care or warmth in the experience.
Considering the price and the food quality, the value for money is quite poor. The lack of choice in the menu and the overall experience left us dissatisfied.

Read moreLike the vibe here! Pizzas were outstanding. Although not the absolute best Neapolitan dough out there, the toppings are quality and very very interesting. Their Margherita had Comté, and they had a very nice Bianca with cavolo nero.
The people were so lovely and just gotta love that gritty Noord vibe over there.
We came for pizzas but learned they had a social ‘Euro formula’ of starter, main, pizza and dessert to share with two. Maybe next time.
By the way, the ‘Nectarine’ dessert on the menu sounds like just a piece of fruit but it is in fact a very nice cup with cake, cream and slices of nectarine, berries and almond flakes. Highly recommended.
Update:
Came back and they're still super creative with interesting new pizza flavors. This time an outstanding cumin cheese and chickpea pizza which sounded crazy but I happily say it even outscored the already amazing Margherita. Go figure.
Love the fine dining'ish vibe in a stylish...
Read moreOverrated and overpriced: I don’t know what all the fuss is about this place. It is far away from the center, small and crowdy, and for what is supposed to be one of the best pizze in Europe, they only had 3 choices of pizze: Margarita, one with capers and anchovies, and one with sausages and mussels… What even is that menu? 5,50€ for 3 slices of bread and a leak butter, and 17€ for a margarita with just enough tomato paste to make the dough red. There are plenty of less overrated places. If you want a good, affordable place with plenty of choices for pizze, go to Cafe Picco. It is in de Pijp, they have a terrasse exposed to the sunlight, and they are very nice. Just do not encourage such a overhyped places like Euro Pizza.
Ps: we were sitting at the bar literally in front of the pizza oven, and if it was not for where we were sitting, they would have forgotten my pizza. I waited 40 minutes for...
