For two days in a row, on Oct 2nd and 3rd, 2024 we had the misfortune of having to enter an unclean room when we (my wife and I) returned after 4 hours and 6 hours 20 minutes, respectively, on the said dates.||Lame excuses and evasive replies were given about there being 150 rooms and that cleaning goes on till 6 pm. It was pointed out to persons manning the reception, Mr Alexis Sislian and Ms Nare Yeghiazaryan that we are aware of all this as we are experienced travelers and stay in different hotel chains, but it is the first time that we are facing a situation where the room has not been cleaned even 4 hours after our leaving the room ( 6h 20m the next day). It was also pointed out by us that we never found a "Please Make My Room" card which we would have readily placed if there was one. Following several reminders (at least thrice on 2nd Oct' 24 and twice on 3rd Oct'24), and waiting for half an hour and more, the room was cleaned in a jiffy without paying much attention to cleanliness and leaving the Cleaning Spray on the table in the room, instead of the House-keeping staff taking it with them. The missing "Please Make My Room' card was surreptitiously put where it should have been in the first place. Radisson Blu belongs to a Premium segment and they have to take extra care to train their staff to respond in an acceptable manner when an issue that affects hospitality and service is taken...

The hotel has good facilities and nice rooms however lack of effective air condition system and some unprofessional staff specially in the breakfast area (I believe it is their chief/manager) affects the experience very negatively. I found other complaints on the net about the air conditions not working properly and the rudeness of some staff at breakfast from before, but the hotel management does not seem to be willing to take care of it, as it was still the same during our stay. Our room temperature was 25-26 C during warm summer days and we complaint 3 times. Technician came once but the other two times no one showed up and we had difficulty sleeping during the nights. I heard other guests also complaining about air condition system as well. In breakfast, I asked for take away as we had an early tour but the person in charge said if you have breakfast included you have to eat it here. No take away. I have used take away option in many other hotels including Radisson but this was new to me. || On the plus side, they upgraded us to a suite which was very practical for us. The hotel is located a bit far from center but next to a very nice park and Tivoli and the Mother Statue. It is definitely worth a visit. The Hammam was under rehabilitation, but we used the swimming pool and the Tennis court and it was nice. The cleaning service for the room was professional and...

Reception and check in : very smooth. ||No place to sit / wait around the reception, which meant we had to keep standing until checkin is complete- this is a first time experience for me in a 4-5 star hotel chain globally. ||Rooms: Great|Superb room ambience and furniture, comfortable bedding, tv connects to Netflix, YouTube etc. ||Room Service: Very good - exceptional cleaning and service. ||Breakfast Restaurant food and staff: Very Poor||Despite our request to ensure vegetarian food for breakfast there was no hot vegetarian breakfast, limited salads were veg nor were their breads without eggs available. ||We were informed by the staff that only a veg tea cake was available. We found two of their badlie staff at the restaurant quite rude and this is the first time I experienced a chain like Radisson’s where the chef and staff explicitly declined even cooking us a vegetarian sandwich.. this is extremely disappointing and yes did ruin our stay.||The steps to pick main course breakfast was a hazard risk with wires dangling before the steps which could result in people tripping.. something that was totally ignored by the place. ||The restaurant experience and the staff is the reason for my rating at 3/5...

I had an outstanding stay at the Radisson Blu Yerevan, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless and welcoming. The receptionist was not only kind but also extremely efficient, ensuring a quick and smooth check-in process. Shortly after, another staff member greeted me and showed me to my room, taking the time to explain all the amenities and ensuring everything was in place. Their thoroughness made me feel at ease and well-informed about the hotel’s offerings. The room itself was exceptional — spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. I was particularly impressed with the king-sized bed, which provided the perfect level of comfort for a restful night’s sleep. The attention to detail in the room was evident, from the high-quality linens to the thoughtful selection of amenities. Throughout my stay, the service remained impeccable. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any requests I had. It was clear that they take great pride in providing an excellent guest experience. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, the Radisson Blu Yerevan offers outstanding service and a wonderful, relaxing stay. I will definitely return!

Depending on how much you pay for, could be decent or horrible First impressions: Rooms are bright but the choice of white lights is baffling. This is not a factory or hospital and shouldn't feature cold, white lights at all. Easiest mistake to fix Quick check of the room and we found red (possibly blood) stains on the sheets and a piece of sticky, dried fruit (?) below the sliding bathroom doors. Absolutely disgusting There are no controls on the ac/heater unit, it's either on or off and it gets really hot if you keep it on. You can open the windows but will be met by loud, thumping music from a restaurant somewhere until late at night Showers are leaky and there's mould on all corners of the stall. Bathroom doors has white stains and the walls are dirty Asked for extra towels and the receptionist seems pleasant enough. Was delivered towels minutes later by a staff holding them in one hand and picking up a call on her phone on the other. Made no eye contact and I had to wave to get her attention to pass her tips If you can get past these shortcomings then it should be fine. But I'd recommend someplace else.

The hotel is definitely, not worth a 5-star. Once I entered my room, the bathroom door was already broken. After I informed them, I was shifted to a different room. Here, there were used liquid soups inside the washroom and the place was not clean. There were residues on the shower pipes and glass. The table was not cleaned properly. The washroom lock was not working. Colour-faded cupboard roofs. Even the pictures were not hung properly. On the second day, I asked the room to be cleaned, but all they did was fold the sheets and make the room tidy. The residues on the toilet seats were there just like that. They also have the smallest food menu I've ever seen in a 5-star hotel. Not worth the money. That's for sure. There are better 4 and 3-star hotels in Yerevan than this so-called 5-star hotel.
