Mill View Link — Hotel in Albany

Recently went on holiday to albany and stay at this accomodation.|The appartments centrally located and a walk to the shops however the photos posted online are decieving as the place looks nothing like the photos. ||The apartments and furniture are run down ||We were assigned appartment E on arrival and it was the worst amongst the lot.|The appartment stunk of dumpness. It had Mould in the bathrooms recess and ceiling, the mould appeared to be painted over, the rangehood exshaut was greasey. |The fridge and intensils drawer had not been cleased with bits of food left in there.|The dinning table and chairs were covererd in dust.||Intensils looked like they got them from an OP shop as they were mismatched.|The intensils dyer had calicium build up in it.||Furniture is worn out with the walls needing a face lift and the had stains and markings right through||The apartment was smelled of cigerates and the smake alram had been disarmed. I tried reconnecting the fire alram and it kept beeping constantly. ||Floor and fittings were dusty. ||We were moved to apartment F, it was just as dusty as the pervious apartment with worn out furniture and mis matched intensils.||I had to buy my son a puffer as he started whizzing from the dust in the room.||I believe the owners are creating their own reviews to hide the reality of...

We were assigned an upper floor apartment, and it is lovely and well furnished. Great views from the balcony. Loved that the place is well insulate, so we didn't feel chilly during the winter when we stayed from the end May to early June 2023. There are heater lights in the bathroom, and there is also sufficient hot water for nice hot showers. It is very adequately furnished that all you need to bring is your luggage. The apartment provides hand soap, bath towels, sans toothbrush, and toothpaste. The laundry room comes fully equipped with washing machine, laundry pods, iron, ironing board, broom , and dust pan. The kitchenette is fully equipped. The place is well kept and clean. We are beyond amazed and utterly impressed. Spent a couple of nights here when we came down to see The Field of Lights.||The apartments are in a good location about 500 meters from York Street.||We were in a ground floor apartment and although we could here people moving around in the upstairs apartment it was not annoying(could be if they were noisy).||The apartment was clean and tidy. Did not use the kitchen(on holiday) but it appeared functional. Only used the coffee provided.The bathroom was fine but not huge. The double bed was average. If you prefer a decent pillow bring your own as the ones supplied don't offer a lot of support. Good having a separate sitting area and having your own washing machine would be handy for extended stays.Certainly better than your...
