Had lots of problems with quality of meals here, for instance I ordered over the phone they told me it'd be ready half an hour later, I arrived and over half an hour later still my order still wasn't ready. So after one hour and 15 minutes I left and went elsewhere for dinner. Whilst I was waiting other customers were coming to pickup their meal. One lady complained hers was cold, the staff member was going to redo the order but the customer said she didn't have another hour to waste waiting for her meal they run the restaurant at the same time so restaurant customers get priority over takeaway customers. The takeaway orders that are ready are put on a milk crate on the floor, so not kept warm, to me that's not hygienic at all. We have decided not to use this Chinese restaurant anymore, the quality and service is not even worthy of one star, the one across the road isn't much better but at least they've got a bain Marie to...

Food was served well, but my dish was not to my liking. However, my husband did enjoy his meal, except there were no vegetables, as he had asked if there were and was told yes. There was only cabbage. He would have ordered a separate dish of veggies. The prices were higher than I thought they should be. We did enjoy the fried rice, and the small size was just right for 2 people. The spring rolls were terribly small and tasteless. A glass of wine was generously poured and the price fair. I had a Wilson's beer that came in a can, that I expected to be icy cold, and poured in a chilled glass...it was neither. We have yet to find a true, authentic, great tasting Chinese restaurant outside of Aisa. The inside table area is crowded, and small pathways are open between tables. You can put your palm on the table next to you. The bathroom entrance is in the...

Been here before a few years ago and it was good. This time it was disgusting. I expected my satay chicken to have chicken in it. Satay chicken is not orange in colour and since when was it full of cauliflower and very little chicken?. Satay implies nuts we were nuts to come here there was no nutty flavour to my satay chicken. Do you want to know about the other dishes? Not worth my time....totally disappointing. I looked at the reviews before going and thought people must be hard to please giving a score of 1 when others gave it a 5. I should have followed the people with taste buds and not gone here. Never ever again. Not recommended as Chinese food as it doesn't look or taste...

Thought we'd give this place a go, the food and the service did not disappoint. I have to say one of the tastiest, freshest Chinese meals we've had. Good serving size and well priced. Good service too from the minute we walked in the door with no booking. You may need to book though as we noticed every other table in the place had a reserved sign on it. It is your typical Chinese Restaurant decor wise and a bit out dated but I guess that doesn't matter when the food and service is good. So if you're keen on some Chinese while in Albany I'm going say this is the place to try.

Hi my name is chevy and welcome to another review. I came here with my family of six. There were no tables to fit us, so we waited in line. Some people started waiting behind us but left. I still feel bad for them, hope they are doing well. Ok now that any government agents have stopped reading, did you know that 1/8 pelicans are actually robotic government spies? Look after yourself. Food was great and came out promptly. Service was friendly. 5/5. I will never forget this place, nor the people I denied a seat.

Completely westernized Chinese food which I completely understand but still disappointed. Can you believe they basically all taste the same ? Photo 1: Mongolian Lamb Photo 2: Stir-fried Pork with Chili Photo 3: Garlic Beef …Every dish tasted more or less the same. You could tell the meat was marinated with baking soda and starch. What puzzled me the most was: why on earth were there carrots, bok choy, cabbage, celery, and baby corn in the stir-fried pork with chili?
