One of the worst hostels I’ve probably stayed at in australia, considering the price you’re paying. Only redeemable thing is the location and the other people staying there. Kitchen is terrible, there was one electric cooker with 4 hobs for over 50 people living there. There were no cutting knives or chopping boards. The bathrooms were better but not by loads, there was one sink that didn’t work at all and one shower that came out with a trickle of water. The beds were super uncomfortable, could feel the metal bars underneath you all night, was terrible for your back. They clearly take advantage of the fact there’s no accommodation in Broome and they don’t care that they’re charging crazy prices for a hostel that’s poor quality. Cooking, laundry, storage, etc. facilities are sufficient. Backpackers will find them useful for saving money.
