We arrived as booked at 6.30 but were greeted as though we had no booking and there didn’t appear to be a table reserved for us despite there being a number with reserved signs on them. Eventually we were seated at one of them after having been offered a table at the door, then a high table and stools both of which we rejected. The other table near us set up and reserved remained empty all night. Quite a long wait to take our order which consisted of 2 dishes, Vietnamese pancakes and stir fried chicken with cashews. Another long wait for the pancakes which we shared. Then an even longer wait for the chicken stir fry. Other people had come and gone in the time it took. At last about 8 pm our second dish arrived, plonked on the table. We had to ask for plates as we were sharing and the previous ones had been cleared away along with my husbands cutlery. Another few minutes wait for the plates, and no new cutlery. My husband can’t use chopsticks so I gave him my fork! We couldn’t do any more waiting. As we were finishing the waitress arrived firstly to tell us “ guys” that the kitchen was closing if we wanted to order any more! Then a couple of minutes later to ask if she could clear the plates. I was still eating and there was still food on the share plate. We didn’t leave till about 8.15 which is ridiculous for 2 dishes only. It was a Wednesday night. Surprisingly we didn’t leave a tip. The food was very good but the overall impression...

Agree with the reviews that the food was pricey, and many items on the menu ran out even we arrived early for dinner. Why didn't they replenish them when they have a break after the lunch peak hour? The initial waiter who served us wasn't friendly and didn't make us feel welcome. When we complained about the sand flies in the out door area, he told us there's no point going indoor as it will be the same. He suggested we do a takeaway! Ignoring him, we moved indoor and it was so much better, so the waiter was lying to us, he simply wasn't interested. We ordered the vermicelli noodle soup due to the limited choices left but was extremely disappointed with the food. The chef must have given us the last bit of the noodles left in a packet, they were all broken, it was impossible to pick the noodles up with a fork nor chopsticks! The waitress explained this is how the noodles were made! Unbelievable! We were also not happy with the waitress. We ordered 2 bowls of noodle soup, but she only gave us 1 serve of the beansprouts. Each bowl should have their own serve of beansprouts, we felt we've been short-charged. Then we had our vermicelli replaced with flat rice noodles, and we have no problem with using the forks or chopsticks. We are not happy with the staff and didn't find the food outstanding either for the price they are charging. Waste of...

I used to go here cause every time is a enjoyable experience mostly foodwise Last time when i had to pay the person i think is the manager told me that isn't ok my behaviour cause a glass broken indiretecly cause of my behaviour; i acknowledged in that moment the waitress previously communicated with the manager quote"..the waitress drooped the glass cause you scared her by hiding in the nearby where she was collecting stuff.."" ".. everytime you come here you are always beahving "weird"". In answering i said i dont have memory during my meal to ever get up from where i was enjoying my meal and watching and listebing by earplugs some youtube videos music mostly made by katy perry and what is your personal definition of someone behaving weird it's just maybe a personal unconscious fear oriented arouse that in the moment someone is behaving how your life experince is not used so see more something more "weird" that maybe just something more emotional/pitoresque?

We understood the missunderstand between us and we agreed that everything is...

OK. I ate rice noodles myself in Hanoi, Vietnam, and ate it all at the best Vietnamese restaurant in Darwin, 'Ruby', nonna, chow, ,three mom's kitchen. They all seasoned the beef with a long-simmered broth. But this one costs $19, and it's worse than the cheapest pho I've had in Melbourne, and it uses beef stock flavored broth. Also, I think they used cheap noodles sold at Woolworths. And pork skewer… Oh, my God. Where do you really get such cheap frozen food? It's upsetting to get a review of over 4.0 for cheap food that no Vietnamese chef can see in the kitchen at a Vietnamese restaurant, and has no passion or taste. Real Vietnamese chefs put a tremendous amount of passion into cooking the rice noodles. The rice noodles here are nothing worth eating. Rather, go to Darwin and taste it at the restaurant above. It will be fantastic.

Lovely dinner spot in Broome. Crowd comes in quickly during dinner time as there are limited options during this time in the old town. We had chicken pho and a beef vermicelli for dinner. The pho soup was really delectable! Rich flavour but not overpowering, light to the tongue. Chicken was pretty tender too! The beef vermicelli was generous in the meat and the seasoning was just the right spicy for me. Lots of other options available too! Drinking water is offered complimentary to customers

I was eager to try the local Vietnamese in Broome. Surprisingly, the menu catered and accommodated for vegan — hooray! 👏 I ordered the stir fried veggies, rice, and bun. Ehhhhh.... 🫳 Cosi cosi Listen, it wasn't authentic, wasn't great, wasn't bad. Would I be eager to come back? No. But hey, vegan beggars can't be choosers. Thanks for accommodating Mr Saigon 🙏 - Charles W.
