First time I thought I’d apply for a rental I worked up the Courage to apply for national rental affordability one I have a plate in my head so I have to wear something to keep the front of my head warm anyway I walked in the lady was rude from the beginning she treated me like I was trash I asked if I could sit in the beautiful seats inside while I checked my email to get my paper to show the rude lady she said no go out side I felt the tears in my eyes anyway I walked out side I was so embarrassed iv never rented in my life long story I’m 40 not a teenager I am very well Mannered I went back in after calling NRAS and finding my letter in my email i went in and said I don’t know how to print it can I email it to u the rude manager said no just show me I did then instead of handing me the Application form the manger threw it at me I didn’t know what to say how Embarrassed was i ? Cons: Noise level can be quite disruptive at times, as it's along the main road. (offset by the excellent sliding doors provided that cancel out the noise)
This apartment complex is an excellent place to live. The staff is friendly and does an outstanding job of maintaining the building. The rent is very reasonable considering the high-quality living and building area, and the views from the apartment are stunning. The screen sliding doors are of high quality and help to block out most of the noise. However, the noise level can be disruptive at times. If you are looking for a great place to live, this apartment complex is perfect.
