H2O Broadwater Apartments — Local services in Gold Coast City

First time I thought I’d apply for a rental I worked up the Courage to apply for national rental affordability one I have a plate in my head so I have to wear something to keep the front of my head warm anyway I walked in the lady was rude from the beginning she treated me like I was trash I asked if I could sit in the beautiful seats inside while I checked my email to get my paper to show the rude lady she said no go out side I felt the tears in my eyes anyway I walked out side I was so embarrassed iv never rented in my life long story I’m 40 not a teenager I am very well Mannered I went back in after calling NRAS and finding my letter in my email i went in and said I don’t know how to print it can I email it to u the rude manager said no just show me I did then instead of handing me the Application form the manger threw it at me I didn’t know what to say how Embarrassed was i ? I walked outside rang a friend she said hi I could see the lady looking at me and laughing I walked back in and I started crying I said u think it’s funny that I’m poor I wonder why that’s why the last Tenants broke their lease because ur so nasty thank you so much h20 I wouldn’t ever stay there and I will be taking it further u can’t do this not my fault my life was nilly takin from me and I can’t work I was thought treat people the...

Pros:

Well-maintained building Friendly staff Very Reasonable rent for high-quality living and building area Immaculate views from the apartment (the best ever) High-quality screen sliding doors that help block out noise Exceptional build quality of the entire building. Huge balcony. Great air-conditioning

Cons: Noise level can be quite disruptive at times, as it's along the main road. (offset by the excellent sliding doors provided that cancel out the noise)

This apartment complex is an excellent place to live. The staff is friendly and does an outstanding job of maintaining the building. The rent is very reasonable considering the high-quality living and building area, and the views from the apartment are stunning. The screen sliding doors are of high quality and help to block out most of the noise. However, the noise level can be disruptive at times. If you are looking for a great place to live, this apartment complex is perfect.

This decision of moving out from this beautiful apartment hasn’t come easily. I’ve called H2O home since 2019, and I truly can’t express how much I’ve appreciated the wonderful experience over the past six years. From the beautifully maintained building and stunning views of the Broadwater, to the incredibly supportive building management team and unbeatable location — it’s been a sanctuary and a place I’ve felt proud to call home.
