We've stayed here around 4/5 times now and always had an excellent experience, the rooms are new and well appointed. Most rooms have a spa bath and you get an assigned parking space, which is nice. Most of the rooms have a little kitchen area with a fridge, sink, microwave and glasses/plates etc. They also put a little carton of milk in the fridge for tea/coffee which is a nice touch. The downstairs rooms have a little courtyard seating area at the back and upstairs rooms have a little balcony. There's at least one unit that spans both floors with bedrooms downstairs and a living area / kitchen and bathroom upstairs. They have a good range of rooms, so depending on whether a couple or a family, there are options. It's situated at the south end of the main high street, about 20m back from the road so it's perfect to access all the shops and restaurants. Whilst still being away from the main road noise you still get some from the car parks on either side of the building as people come and go. They have Wifi which is pretty average (6Mbps down and 1Mbps up) and has good coverage throughout the rooms.

Lovely place- wish we could have stayed longer. Conveniently located at the edge of town- everything is walking distance to get to! Would really love to come back here again to get to the upstairs spa-rooms! Really big big spacious room- totally love the open bath/room concept! Ah only bug literally were the large flying beetle/ants of sorts which likely flew in/squeezed in via the toilet window pane/netting, and flies onto the bed sheets and buzzed us at night - disturbing if you know what I mean. But yeah- hope to come back here somehow !!

Magnificent 😍 place to stay. Stayed one night but wished it could be more. Check-in was remote and fuss free. Rooms were huge, comfortable and clean 🫧 kitchen was well stocked and ample space in the dining area too. Highlight was definitely the digital fireplace 🔥 - in the tropics, such things do not exist and the warmth was definitely welcome in winter ☃️ Walking distance to all shops since it's situated right smack in town center. 10 minutes drive to Margaret River surf break.

There are plenty of places to stay in Margs. Save yourselves some time and stay anywhere else.||If you really can't find any, I'm sure you can find a sleeping bag at one of the camp stores and camp outside Woolies for a night until a room somewhere frees up. ||Or.... just don't go to Margaret River at all!||Prideaus were fine the first time. The room had no issues so we had nothing to complain about. So we decided to return for our next trip to Margs.||Boy was that a mistake.||This time it was fully booked and you could totally hear everything in the rooms next door. And I mean eeeevverything. They also clearly do not know how to clean their spas, so I'd lose that as a value point.||Alas, the interesting stuff.||After a long drive we check in, straight to the loo which was Wobbly. I alerted this to David, manager, owner, whatever he is, who immediately developed an accusatory tone with me implying we broke it as the previous client was a rEgULaR.||After some push, he agreed to have a plumber come out, who didn't fix it and developed some rhetoric about it being perfectly fine. For over $300 per night we were not happy as it meant we had to use facilities elsewhere. David said he was happy to credit us $300 which was not done in the end as we were told we overreacted and instead should have been BILLED for the toilet's wear & tear???||He then proceeded to express how untidy the room was throughout our stay, which I found very amusing as not only was the room left in a considerate state on check out (I worked in hospitality), but we had our Do Not Disturb sign purposefully affixed to the gate one day as we knew the room was untidy and did not want housekeeping going in to service the room. When I asserted this with David, he called me and my wife a pair of...

David the owner seems like a nice guy however that's where my review positively ends.

We have stayed with Prideau's in the past however never again. The rooms need a update especially the bathroom areas. The shower head is a disgrace you either got no pressure or too much which blasts outside the shower screen making a mess.

The daily cleaning is a joke, some days you get things other days you dont, nothing is consistenant. Also don't go out buying anything frozen before checking the freezer we had to throw some local made speciality ice cream away due to this.

However don't even for 1 second think about complaining, you will get a defensive idiotic lady at reception defending herself and make out it's your fault. Yes we know how to adjust a fecking dial in a freezer it's your feezer that's broke and cost me money. Then again given the state of the place I'm now not surprised.

Also bring your own toilet paper as you don't get refills, again bad consistent maid/house keeping. The worst in the many places I've stayed over my travelling life.

And 1 final thing, learn about the websites that do bookings on your behalf before making out we haven't paid. This was the most funniest thing of all. David knew but the hostile woman at the counter doesn't. Again customer service the biggest let down

Avoid, much better accommodation around. I certainly will stop being a...
