Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Wollongong City Council

The environment of this store is ridiculous and its gives vibes like a street shop with poor management. The guy name Ash is very rude and doesn’t confess mistakes that he did last night. I asked for the manager about the issues happened and he said he is the manager. If that true I am so surprised how come he becomes a manager with this attitude and rude behaviour??!! I Went for the pizza and wrote notes on the order not to put mushrooms and they still put it after I checked. I asked them remove and Ash was showing his unhappy face to me and shouted. I explained that the mushroom removing option was not there while I was ordering. He wasn’t listening and by the time they just made 3 pizzas while I ordered 4. The guy “Ash” again asking me to get any if the drinks instead of making pizza :D. Thats hilarious. Even after I agreed to wait for another pizza he is again asking me to cancel the order. Omg!! Hi there, worst customer service and gave us wrong order. Added chicken in vegetarian pizza, we ordered 3 pizzas 2 chicken and 1 spicy vegetarian and we picked up the order and driven back home and saw there were 3 spicy chicken pizzas and my mate was left over hungry and we called the store and it's a big hassle to reach them. After all the efforts manager(Akshay) refused to give us the right pizza, we chucked the chicken pizza in the bin and manager insisted us to take pizza back from bin and send it to him so he can give us right one. As I was walking to the store, an employee was being dropped off at the start of his shift. He walked in and immediately began to serve without any fuss or chit-chat with his workmates. Another employee walked in and began folding boxes straight away. I could see that they had great work ethic, were customer focused and were well trained. It was truly a breath of fresh air to see young workers behave in this way. I also noted the nice way that they were greeted by the person working out back who I could not see.
