ALPtyrol — Hotel in Sankt Anton am Arlberg

Checked into the Himmelschlüssel apartment for a 1 night stay . We stopped over in St.Anton am Arlberg as we were driving back to Switzerland from Vienna. I booked the apartment stay couple of days before and communication was excellent. received a welcome text message from Nena asking me when our ETA would be? After I answered, she promptly answered that Johannes would be there to greet us. Online check-in link was sent too so I did it. Easy arrival, Johannes carried our luggage up to the 1st floor. Note: No elevator in this hotel apartment. Indoor Parking for the hotel is actually across the main street in front of OBB train station. Coffee machine in apartment is by Cremesso . Capsules are purchased behind reception area on an honour basis... place money in a box for what you take. So 50 Euro cents a capsule, bottled water 1.50 etc. Apartment hotel was spectaculary clean and dust free. Cozy, charming Alpine style with higher end materials. Big fluffy pillows and lots of towels for our overnight stay. They had a shower gel and body lotion and liquid hand soap in the bathroom. In the kitchen, a sponge, 2 kitchen cotton towels and dishwash soap was provided along with a yellow cleaning cloth . Definitely enough cooking utensils and equipment to prepare simple meals. Shower pressure was fine and the fan works very well in the bathroom. Kids would love the bunkbeds and each bunk has a light on the wall and you cam plug in to charge your electronics. We saw a Spar and Billa grocery store ..both close by. A kettle and toaster along with the Cremesso coffee machine are all there . The hotel offers guests a laundry service 20 Euros for a wash/dry and I believe it's an overnight service which would be so convenient when guests stay for a bit longer. Not a lot of hanging areas for adult ski jackets and ski pants. Actually... that would be my only suggestion. There is a small area next to bunk beds which could store/ hang small children ( up to the age of maybe 7 years old)and their jackets . Christina checked us out. Uncomplicated and friendly. We have been staying at AlpTyrol Apartments over New Year’s Eve for 8 days, occupying two apartments, and we couldn't have been more delighted with our experience. The apartments are impeccably modern and tastefully designed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The kitchen is fully equipped – including a coffee machine, microwave, cooker, kettle, and more – was a fantastic convenience, especially for preparing breakfast before heading out skiing.|The location is unbeatable – right on the high street, with a short walk to the ski lifts. It’s also conveniently close to the train station. Despite being so central, the apartments are remarkably quiet, and we enjoyed peaceful, restful nights.|One standout feature was the daily cleaning service, which kept the apartments spotless throughout our stay, adding an extra layer of comfort and convenience.|The warm welcome we received from Johannes, the owner, was outstanding. Both friendly and professional, he checked in with us daily to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible – a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly cared for. Nena, the receptionist, was also wonderful. Her cheerful smile greeted us every morning, and our daughter absolutely adored her, often staring at her in hopes of getting some Haribos.|AlpTyrol Apartments offer the perfect mix of luxury, convenience, and comfort. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting...

We stayed for 5 days.|Everything was beautiful !! Located at the heart of St Anton. Just a 5 mins walk from the train station. In the middle of St Anton shopping areas, supermarkets and amenities. Hotel staffs was super friendly, knowledgeable and always gave us a good recommendation on where to go and what are the activities going on. Room was super nice, alpine resort concept.
