POOR CLIENT SERVICE; OUR ROOM GOT CANCELLED ONE WEEK PRIOR ARRIVAL WITHOUT EXPLANATION; AFTER OUR COMPLAINT AND THREE DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL THE ROOM WAS REASSIGNED TO US BUT WE ALREADY OURGANIZED OURSELVES DIFFERENTLY;Unfortunately I wasn't able to stay there for following reasons: together with my girlfriend we booked a room in July 2022 for January 2023 and we profited of course from a very good fare. One week prior to our arrival we received an e-mail saying that the due to a system error our booking got cancelled, after trying to call them 4 times and waiting on their line 20 minutes each call without answer, I've written an e-mail explaining that I already booked car, ski and everything for the stay and that due to the treatment I didn't want to stay there anymore but I wanted a refund for the fees I already had. After another week of waiting time, I've got a second mail, explaining how magically our booking was still active under another number, in the meantime I already planned my trip differently. For me it's pretty clear that they're trying to cancel the room booked with the lowest fares to assign them to last time cilents letting them pay much higher fees, the whole happened without any excuse from the client service and I obviousely decided to cancel my reservation at this hotel. We were here only because of the Tesla charging station, but we used the bathroom and the bar. The central rooms and the restaurant looked very nice and cosy in a modern Tiroler style. The staff was friendly but it took time to arrange things. We had to wait long at the reception and then, after promising to send a waiter, we waited again long before we could order, leading to the problem that my car was fully charged and we had to finish our drinks quickly so we didn't have to pay iddle fees. The reason was probably because we were there around noon and it's the low season now, but it was a downside. Because of the atmosphere though we maybe try to stay here the next time we travel past St. Anton, so we can try the better side...
Read moreVery clean and cozy, maid staff changed towels and made the beds twice a day! The bathrooms were very bright, and the rainfall showers were soothing. The spa downstairs was very relaxing and had a great atmosphere. The included breakfast had lots of variety, loved the option to make your own fresh squeezed orange juice! Also enjoyed lunch and dinner here and the food was very good as well. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful (spoke fluent English). They provided a free shuttle to the train station, as well as to the lifts on the mountains and back. Overall a great experience! Thank you...
