"I booked for four nights, and from the first day, I communicated an issue with the shower. Instead of changing rooms, as our belongings had already been settled, we simply asked for extra towels and equipment to dry the water that had spread around the room. We were told that the issue would be resolved the next day, and they would assist us with towels. However, no one showed up, and when I inquired again, they informed us there would be an extra charge for room service, but no solution was provided for the problem on their part. The floor was covered in dust, to the point where just walking on it would make your socks covered in dust. The bathroom facilities were not properly hygienic, and there were no shower caps or the necessary amenities for the shower. The only positive was the location, which was close to the metro and bus stations. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. Furthermore, they even blocked our option to leave a review on Booking. The property was dirty, full of dust, mud, mold and spider webs. The conditions of stay was even dangerous for our health. The owner did not offer an alternative way of stay ( accommodation was offered only for the next days after staying at these conditions for another 2 days) and after them additional cleaning situation was the same. The owner's communication was slow and unfriendly, answered after 3 hours. It was not possible to contact him by phone. Due to the situation, we incurred additional costs by booking another apartments and we can't get refunds from this...

We enjoyed our stay in Vienna Stay Apartments. The building is situated at 20 min on foot to Stefan's Platz, which is great. The neighborhood is not busy, there are few markets, bakeries and Mc Donald. We came by car, and used the parking provided at extra cost, however the parking is next to the building and is worth every penny. The apartment itself was very well equipped, super clean and comfortable. The check-in was flawless, as was our 3 day stay. Beds, pillows, bathroom, appliances, everything worked great.
