Pizza Mari

We expected quality, authentic amazingness of fresh ingredients and pristine thin crust pizza. Unfortunatelly only the corner crust was ok and crunchy. Completely flavorless mozzarella cheese was way too moist even for fresh mozarella and combined with awful extraordinarly sour tomato sauce, we were brought a stew on the crust. The bottom was so soaked, it turned into bubble gum chewy entity. Yes, I like that cheese moves and floats on the dough when the waiter brings fresh pizza from the stone oven, but this wasn't a pizza, more like Pappa pomidoro italian soup. Not made with leftovers, even worse. Poor basil leaves were literally drowned in water and the cheese was the worst one I had in my life. We chose the salsticcia one where the sausage was just bland regarding the absense of the taste of meat, covered with overusage of the herbs and the one with smoked cheese. I was waiting my whole day for this meal and extremely hungry, but even with that predispositions I couldn't finish half of it. I usually have one pizza weekly and I am in Vienna for 4 months. This was by far worst pizza experience in this city.
