MidCity Hotel — Hotel in Baku City

The receptionist gentleman Bayram was very polite and attentive during our stay and helped us every time we asked something :) since we had to leave the hotel at night due to an early flight home, he made us a packed breakfast so we could eat something before the flight:) The location was amazing, only a 5 minute walk from the Old Town gate. The Carpet Museum and the seaside promenade is very close too. We could easily travel from the hotel to attractions which are generally further from the city center because it is close to the big metro station and the buses run frequently too from the nearby bus stops. Small shop just next to the hotel, you can find there everything and is cheap. The room was avarage. The aircon works well, but even with open windows we could sleep well, because the street where the hotel is located is a small one with not much traffic. (In addition the window had a mosquito-net!) One more chair would be great:) The bathroom was good. Overall the room was clean. We booked a room with breakfast which contains vegetables, cheese, omelette, bread, jam etc. It was good, with...

location is superb: Adjacent to Funicular (which takes you to panoramic view of the Baku City) and F1 Track. Also Carpet museum, Caspean Sea and Philharmonic park are very near. Old city is in very close proximity and if you don't have kids tou can walk easily as all within 1 km. Even if you need taxi Bolt is the best option and easily available. Bairam is the most helpful person, the lady who prepares food is also veruy nice and provide best breakfast. Bairam helped me a lot in quick check-in, various update about city and many tour options. Will come next time with family if hotel remains available as booking is difficult in this hotel to to its proximity to near by...

I just had a wonderful experience with Midcity Hotel. I went there with my mother for 4 days and 3 nights and had amazing hospitality and service by reception staff - Bayram.

Special kudos to Bayram who is an amazing and kind hearted person. He explained everything to us in advance and guided us with tips and suggestions to cover across attractions in Baku.

He is a very down to earth person and politely answered all our queries.

Such people are a blessing for a hotel.

I felt at home with his great service.

Will definitely recommend this place with family.
