Located ideally about 2 kms from Nizami street and in the climate of Baku it is easily walkable. A departmental store is present next building allowing to pick up any item in a jiffy especially water. The room was large and spacious although I thought the lighting was insufficient. I wished a life size mirror was also present in the room. A huge amount of space is wasted due to a pillar in the room behind which the windows were present. The view from this side was ordinary as construction was going on. There were no coffee powder available on any day. The AC was good and the WiFi was fast. The bathroom toiletries had no scope of complaint and the bathroom was spacious too. The bed and pillow was soft and to my liking. Had good sleep quality for all the 3 nights we stayed. The hotel staff was prompt to provide us charge points ( unique here) as our international plug points did not fit. They also sent us an iron and a stand promptly on request. The breakfast speed was large but mostly catering to local cuisines. Probably this is the reason a Mariott or Holiday Inn will always be ahead of the curve given their understating of international breakfast spread.. The coffee was nice and strong. The hotel has a Spa and the price was lucrative. Unfortunately we couldn’t manage time to visit. So might be a good option to unwind for travellers. Overall a decent place to stay away from the hustle of the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood.

PROs: Quite a decent hotel near to Fuzuli park and a 20-min walk to Fountain Square/Nizami Street. Neat rooms with daily cleaning. Plenty of Type C European style electrical sockets in the room. Just make sure you have the right adapter to charge your devices. You’ll find an electric kettle, water bottles, green tea and sugar in the room which is stocked up daily. Bathroom was spacious and the toilet has an-inbuilt jet spray (not the shattaf). For breakfast, the restaurant has a live station where you can request the chef for your choice of omelette. Breakfast includes Cornflakes, Choco Balls cereals, bread with toaster facility, juices, fruits, Murabba, tea, coffee, boiled eggs and a variety of cakes/pastries. There is outdoor seating in the restaurant from where you can see the Flame Towers. Bolmart is a huge supermarket just next to the hotel so you can get all necessary items from there (in case you forget something 😅) CONS: We faced two issues: Wifi and AC. The AC was set on some kind of timer and went off every 1 minute. We tried fixing it many times but in vain. The hotel had a very poor wifi connection. Our entire 4 days were spent without the wifi and we had to purchase an international roaming pack to stay connected even in the hotel. We requested the guy at the reception, he said they were fixing it but it wasn’t till the time we were there.

Booked hotel via booking on a short notice. Stayed 4 nights on first days on January. I asked in advance for a higher room and sea view, which hotel respond immediately and agreed. We were welcomed very kind by Ismayl, got the best room in the hotel on top floor and sea view. Room was big and luxurious and far from standard room. We had a king size bad, very nice shower and huge windows to the city and sea view. You have a nice view of the flme towers with it's hologram show at night. Although hotel is 1.4km from city center. There is big market and bankomat just near by as well as Taza Bazar. Taxi via app like Bolt or Uber is 1.6-3 Man to all over the city so don't worry regarding not the central location. Breakfast is very good with nice choice. There is a chef that will cook you what kind of eggas that you like. Via the days breakfast didn't change but we didn't matter. Spa facility is brand new and we'll equipped with wet and dry sauna. A. Hamam and a kisa hamam for scrubing treatment. I had a kisa(scrub) treatment that costs 30 Man. And my chosen one had a relaxing massage that costs 75Man. On top roof they have a shisha bar. Hookah coast is starting from 20Man. Ismayl was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. Staff speak English and Russian but not everyone... The hotel is brand new and was open on September 5 2019.

I stayed at the midtown hotel baku, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the service was at the highest level. The hotel staff is simply amazing – everyone is kind, professional, and always has a smile that brightens the day.

The rooms were clean and luxurious, with attention to every little detail. The hotel facilities are well maintained and the spa – simply a relaxing experience.

The food was also excellent – a wide selection, fresh and extremely tasty.

I would like to thank the entire staff for the exceptional service, the warm attitude, and the care for every little detail that made this vacation perfect.

I would like to especially thank the wonderful team who did everything to make my stay amazing:

mr Samir The Reception Manager, smiling, professional Reception Manager who always knows how to mention the guests’ names and address them with a smile and always asking if there is anything else I can help with.

mr Tair, The dedicated manager, who took care of every little detail and provided personal and professional attention.

mr Samir, the supervisor, who was always available and attentive to every request.

mrs Gulendam, the smiling hostess, who ensured a warm welcome and a pleasant experience at every moment.

Shef Sulyman, who is responsible for amazing and flavorful dishes - the food was simply outstanding!

mrs Tidam, who always provided service in the dining room with a genuine smile.

To the amazing room cleaner, Mrs. Samaye

This team truly makes the hotel a special place and gives every guest a feeling of being at the center. I will definitely come back again and I highly recommend anyone visiting Baku to stay at Midtown Hotel Baku!

I will definitely come back again and I highly recommend anyone looking for a top-notch...

We stayed at the Mid Town hotel for a few days sightseeing in Baku. I think it must have been one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had in an hotel.||The staff are so warm, friendly and helpful - from the efficient receptionists, to the lovely dining room staff, to the cheerful and thorough cleaner. Mustn’t forget the Spa guys either! Everyone went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. My personal favourite was the lovely Aytac but everyone was great. Many hotels have great customer service but the difference with the folk at the Midtown hotel was that they seemed genuinely pleased to have us stay there. The warmth we felt from them was amazing.||The hotel itself is modern and spotlessly clean with good facilities. The food is really good too - the breakfast selection was extensive and tasty and we were able to try local dishes in the evening. Some of the restaurant tables have an amazing view of the Flame Towers.||Our room was upgraded (thank you!) and was both palatial and really clean. The bed was enormous and the pillows not too firm. The Spa seemed really authentic and well equipped. Not what we think of as a ‘spa’ in the UK - much more like a hammam.||The location is away from the tourist areas which we preferred and only a 10 minute walk from Baku’s main transport hub (rail, metro and buses) - so the hotel is really convenient for travelling around the city.||All in all the MidTown hotel helped to make our trip to Baku unforgettably brilliant. Massive thank you to...
