Fraser Suites Seef Bahrain — Hotel in Bahrain Island

after 6 hours of driving i was relieved to finally arrive to the 5 star hotel i’m staying in and get some rest! sadly though check-in did not go as smoothly as i’d hoped. the lady who was at the reception did not make me feel very welcome, considering the booking was made by someone else in my name it’s natural to ask for my id, the people staying with me and whom booked for me (my father) which i happily gave but no, she wanted his ID in english, had to call him to make sure he knows i’m checking in with the booking he had reserved for me in my name, had to show her his ID in english even after providing the entire family’s ID which included his too but she did not accept it bc it’s in arabic! had to put him on the phone to make sure and had me send his ID for the hotel’s whatsapp again despite all proof shown. asked her if someone could help me with our luggage in the parking lot bc that’s where i parked my car, she refused and asked me to go bring my car upfront. the entire process took much longer than needed. also the furniture is quite old, we booked an entire apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. the sinks for both bathrooms had cracks in it. the cabinets wood was chirping off. the couch in the living room was so rigid and outworn completely uncomfortable! there was no phone to contact the reception in the second room, the kitchen was not that clean. overall the furniture should be updated and taken better care of. i’d say the best thing abt this hotel is it’s location. everyone else in the staff was exceptionally wonderful to us excluding the one at reception when first arrived. i...

We came to Fraser Suites Seef to celebrate my son’s birthday, and now he proudly calls it his second home! The level of customer service here is truly amazing — the entire team always goes above and beyond to make our family feel cared for.||Without us even asking, the staff surprised my son with a birthday cake and sang him Happy Birthday — it was such a thoughtful and heartwarming moment that we’ll never forget. It’s little things like this that make Fraser Suites feel so special.||When we also had a family emergency the hotel manager and team came quickly with the first aid kit to help us out. Amazing team.||As someone who works in the luxury tourism sector for a top developer, I can confidently say that this hotel punches well above its weight. The hospitality, attention to detail, and overall experience rival some of the best 5-star properties I’ve seen worldwide.||Special thanks to the incredible management and front desk team — every member of staff, especially at reception, is warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. An absolutely brilliant apartment hotel. From the moment you arrive you feel right at home. The place is spotless throughout and maintained to an excellent standard. If anything is required - extra towels; a new kettle; an airer etc. - then these are brought to your apartment within minutes. The shuttle bus is also a superb feature to the stay. Location could not be better for the mall below - with the Al Jazira supermarket a few yards from Fraser Suite's access to the mall. Only downside is can be noisy at night from excess road noise. That said, I have no hesitation to award this an overall 5* rating - the 7th floor pool/jacuzzi and health centre is fantastic! However, best of all - and without a shadow of a doubt - are the staff.
