I recently had the pleasure of dining at NOMAD , and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and a friendly smile from the staff, setting the tone for a delightful meal.

The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, with its cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The decor was tastefully done, creating a pleasant and comfortable environment to enjoy a meal. The attention to detail in the restaurant's design truly added to the overall dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the food. The menu at NOMAD is a breakfast lover's dream. The variety of options available was impressive, catering to all tastes and preferences. From traditional breakfast favorites to innovative and unique dishes, there was something for everyone.

I opted for Shakshuka, and it surpassed all my expectations. The presentation was beautiful, and the taste was simply divine. The ingredients were fresh and of the highest quality, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. Each bite was a delightful explosion of taste, leaving me craving for more.

Aside from the exceptional food, the service at NOMAD was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was flawless. They were prompt in taking my order, and my food arrived promptly, cooked to perfection.

I also appreciated the attention given to dietary restrictions and preferences. The restaurant was accommodating and willing to make adjustments to dishes to cater to specific needs, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and satisfied.

In summary, NOMAD is a hidden gem in the breakfast scene. The combination of delectable food, inviting ambiance, and top-notch service creates an unforgettable experience. Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or a place to start your day with a delicious meal, I highly recommend visiting NOMAD. You won't be disappointed!.

Nomad review

Summary: An excellent experience. Perfect food. Splendid decorations. Excellent service and hospitality, and that of course cannot be cheap. Special thanks to Mr.Elikson. He always makes sure that everything is on point. He adds elegance and richness to the experience.

Detailed review: I’ve been there four times. My review is based on a criteria of different parts:

1- Atmosphere: (5/5) The place was not empty, and it was also not full. (I visited it 4 times) There is a good number of waiters and waitresses that are always ready to help.

2- Decorations: (5/5) The place has magnificent decorations. with excellent lighting (dim and relaxing lighting; best appreciated at night time.), and beautiful looking greenery.

3- Seating: (4.5/5)

The tables are lovely and the seats are comfortable and of good height. The sofas near the walls are little low for my liking, but aside from that everything is great.

4- Hospitality: (5/5) You really feel like a welcomed guest. It’s absolutely incredible. The service is noticeably brilliant.

5- Food: (10/5) I would give their food 10/5. My palate is difficult to impress, and their food exceeded my expectations. Their Honey Cake is very tasty, balanced, and just perfect! I tried their pasta with truffle (FANTASTIC) I loved their short ribs as well. (It’s REALLY GOOD) Their beetroot juice is amazing. (I MEAN IT) The above are my favorite picks from many.

6- Price: (5/5) It is difficult to expect such a beautiful experience to be inexpensive, but in my opinion, the price is definitely worth it for such a...

Tried this place for breakfast twice now and I keep falling in love every time I eat at Nomad! Last time I had been here I tried the beef Benedict which I recommend, however this time we went for a variety. To start off we tried the Turkish eggs which is served over a brioche bun that is sooo soft and the labneh with the eggs was wow! Then we had the avocado eggs toast which was served with poached eggs, I appreciated that they catered our request with this dish where my friend had her egg well done and mine was runny. The chili flakes on this dish mixed with the avocado and the eggs were exquisite. Then we ended our food with the açaí peanut butter bowl, again the team was exceptional and provided us each with half servings for our one order. This bowl is one of my favorites in Bahrain, no artificial flavoring and has a nice mix of toppings. For the coffee, I had an iced latte which gave me the caffeine kick I needed, it was so rich in taste and of great quality roast. They also had milk substitutes which I appreciate such as almond and oat.

In the end, Nomad has one of the best breakfasts in Bahrain, it’s a good location, you can be seated in the glass house or the main dining area, or the mezzanine. The decor of the eatery is also quite eccentric and somehow vibrant yet warm which is the perfect combination.

If you’re ever in for an eggy breakfast, you should definitely have...

This would be 3.5 on 5 for me, although I have to round up to 4 on Google maps. The place was busy and buzzing on a chilly Friday morning, and we got a table within 20 minutes. We were seated in the sunroom / porch area but requested for a table inside, which they gave us immediately. Full marks on the service and ambience... The interiors are stylishly done. The food was a bit of a let down. The croque madame was made on a brioche, which was too soft and sweet, and it buried the flavor of the ham, cheese and any seasoning there may have been. It would have benefitted from being made with country style sourdough. The quinoa falafel wrapped egg also didn't impress, as most of the flavor was from the salad below and not the egg itself. The best dish was the Nomad Benedict - the hollandaise sauce, the meat and the eggs all came together for a great dish. The cookie in a pan was good, especially the ice cream with it. The flat white was perfect. We also ordered a portion of the sourdough, as we wanted to try it, but again, it was short of expectations in texture and flavor. So, 3.5 on 5 - for the coffee, the service and the Benedict.
